Google Analytics connection keeps breaking
-
Hi,
Every time I log back in to Moz my Google analytics connection breaks. I have to reconnect it every time I want to look at something.
Thanks,
Amelia

Hi there, I'm just checking in to make sure you saw my responses to Amelia. Did the directions at Moz Health work for you, or did you email the Help Team? I am sorry about all this, and appreciate your patience. Thanks for hanging in there!

Hi Amelia,
Did you make sure that you are logged in as the owner (vs. admin), and then read this post referenced at Moz Health? It provides details on how to reset your GA tokens, as you may be over the limit if you are still having issues: http://moz.com/community/q/lost-connection-with-my-google-analytics-account-authorization-is-not-working-perfectly
If you did run through all those steps -- and are still having connection problems -- please send a note to help@moz.com. Again, thanks for your patience. You rock

I've read the guideline at health.moz.com on this issue and all it says is to reconnect the account, which is what I've already been doing.
It says that the error message is incorrect and that the tool is still collecting data, but I don't think it is. I guess I'll wait and see what happens once this has been fixed. Thank you Christy for taking the time to answer the question.

Hi Christy,
Thank you for getting back to me. I've only just checked back today, so am about to try your instructions. I'll post back when I've done it.
Thanks again,
Amelia

It's really annoying! I've had problems ever since it switched over to Moz Analytics. Only just got around to shouting about it though...

Moz Api Integration with Google Data Studio
I want to automate my competition research process. Right now my competition research is completely manual which is ok if working in a small project. Usually, start looking at Google for the best sites for a specific niche. In an excel sheet insert the URL in a column and start to put information in next columns, information such as DA, PA, backlinks, page speed, schemas validation and stuff like that. As I mentioned for a small project I usually take 10 websites as a reference to analyze how difficult can be rank a website. The problem starts when I have to scale when I have to evaluate 100 or 200 or even more websites in different niches or target location or industry. Does not make sense keep doing manually. So my question is there any way to connect the Moz API to Google Data Studio or Google Sheet

Google business stats
Can't seem to find an effective way of automating Google business stats (calls, directions, website clicks, ranking) across my SEO client profiles. I'd like to present these stats in conjunction with MOZ aggregated stats. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks,

Integrate Piwik data with Moz instead of Google Analytics?
Hello everyone, The company I work for had Google Analytics for all of our websites, dating back at least 4 years. Because of our email infrastructure, we accessed Analytics through a temporary account. Now this account worked fine for 4 years, until over the last two weeks where at some point Google deleted that account, and the Analytics connected to it. I've had no response from Google regarding this, but that's by the by. Anyway, I've made the decision to bring the analytics in house and hold the data ourselves. I've chosen Piwik for this, and it's been running fine for the last few days. However, I know Moz integrates with Google Analytics, but at the moment this is useless to me. Is there a way, or are there any plans, to integrate Piwik with Moz? If not, what benefits will I lose if I discontinue using Google Analytics with Moz?

Is it true that google moved to ssl encrypted protocol and doesn't release keyword data anymore?
Hi,
API | | jjtech
I have a couple trivial questions regarding google search and the way Moz keyword reports are working. 1/ is it true that google moved to ssl encrypted protocol and doesn't release keyword data anymore? 2/ if so than how Moz still manages to collect this data? Is it because of api or some other “deal” with them? Or you're paying for it. 3/ Why is “traffic from organic search” only for one week? Or I am missing something . http://screencast.com/t/rslio5ZSKAx It would be great to:
a/ go month by month (my client is requiring monthly reports)
b/ compare one week/month with another to see if it's getting better or worse. Thanks in advance,
