I already have a SEO Moz PRO Account and when I try to use difficulty grader service I get that error...

I agree. I will contact Moz Support the people are very helpful Q or difficulty tool the Ames on my iPhone holder I would imagine that this could be squared away with Moz before you pay another service. By the way you might want to try the Pro account dashboard and see if that does the trick.

Hi, sorry to see you have been having a problem.
I don't represent Moz directly, but the error page you have received was in response to something you entered. Are you able to say what it was you were entering (as this error page doesn't say what that was) so I can see if I can reproduce it and see what the problem could be?

Moz Bar doesn't show any data and keeps asking me to log in when actually I'm logged in.
Hi all, I've been using Moz Bar for years. It ran well until about three weeks ago. It suddenly failed to show the DA and PA of sites that I open after I log in. And it keeps asking me to log in when I did. I tried to uninstall the Mozbar extension and reinstalled it several times. Nothing worked. I also tried to uninstall Chrome and clear the cookies, still, nothing changed. Did anyone experience this? How do you solve it and make it run on the track? Any information will be appreciated. Soft hyphen in H1 - SEO Grading Problems
I just figured out that the MOZ On-Page-Grader can’t render soft hyphen in H1. As an example, if I have an H1 word like “sometime” the On Page Grader don’t find it as a keyword “sometime” in the H1. So my question, is it just a limitation on MOZ or a rule for On Page SEO to avoid soft hyphens in H1? Siggi

Getting 'Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible' error msg when trying to run On-Page Grader
I just signed up for MOZ Pro for the first time today. Tried to run the 'on-page grader' tool on some of my pages but I'm getting a 'Sorry, but that URL is inaccessible' error msg. I have verified against the robot.txt file that the pages are NOT blocking any crawlers. Can anybody help?

Moz Crawl Showing Duplicate Content But It's Not?!
Unfortunately I can't give out the URL, but here's the deal... I have two URL's which have completely different content on them but are being crawled as duplicate content. Any Idea how that would happen? I'm not seeing any errors in WMT's. Has anyone seen this before? Is the duplicate content reporting based on a % of the page content matching as the same?

Moz Dupe content crawl anomaly
Hi Moz has completed a crawl for a site i'm working on which also has a development area (hence with lots of dupe content) on a sub domain (and this dev area hasn't been hidden from crawlers via password, robots, gwt etc etc). Moz dupe content report is not showing any of these urls though even though my campaign setting is on 'root' domain so i would have thought report should be listing the subdomain urls as dupe content (because they are dupe content). Any ideas ? Cheers Dan

Screaming Frog, Moz and other crawlers
Hi Ignorant question, but is it possible to use Screaming Frog or the Moz crawler or any other reputable crawler for a site still in development i.e. it is yet to be indexed? If so, could someone provide some quick instructions on how this can be done. Thanks in advance for any support. Neil
