3,638 mystery inbound links from google.com

Hello, can anybody help me.
I my webmaster tools, under "Links to your Site" and "Who links the most" It shows Google as the top inbound link source, with 3,669 out of 4,14, all these links are pointing to one sub page of content. Yet when I click on the source it only shows me one Google Plus page.
My traffic hell by 60% when I first noticed these links. we have not been building unnatural links and we have not had any Manual link building warning.

Two questions:-
- I have deleted this one linked to page what else can I do to reverse this impact
- Does anybody know what has happened?

Thanks right Jack, Google Plus offers a do follow link back to the website and there are websites who are using Google plus comment box (similar to facebook). IF you have commented on few blogs that somehow convert that one link in to multiple links.
I mean not sure if removing them will be a doable option to you but better idea is to disavow the links that are causing this and it will be resolved.

Believe it or not, G+ links comments with attached links are do follow...
That means someone from that G+ profile made an enormous amount of posts with links to your site via G+

I suggest you disavowing this unnatural link by using GWMT.

Also should take care of other search engines as this disavowing tool will only work with google.

How can I stop a tracking link from being indexed while still passing link equity?
I have a marketing campaign landing page and it uses a tracking URL to track clicks. The tracking links look something like this: http://this-is-the-origin-url.com/clkn/http/destination-url.com/ The problem is that Google is indexing these links as pages in the SERPs. Of course when they get indexed and then clicked, they show a 400 error because the /clkn/ link doesn't represent an actual page with content on it. The tracking link is set up to instantly 301 redirect to http://destination-url.com. Right now my dev team has blocked these links from crawlers by adding Disallow: /clkn/ in the robots.txt file, however, this blocks the flow of link equity to the destination page. How can I stop these links from being indexed without blocking the flow of link equity to the destination URL?

Do you still loose 15% of value of inbound links when you redirect your site from http to https (so all inbound links to http are being redirected to https version)?
I know when you redesign your on website, you loose about 15% internally due to the 301 redirects (see moz article: https://moz.com/blog/accidental-seo-tests-how-301-redirects-are-likely-impacting-your-brand), but I'm wondering if that also applies to value of inbound links when you redirect your http://www.sitename.com to https://www.sitename.com. I appreciate your help!

I disappeared from Google, but not Bing?
A few weeks ago the company I work for created a website called Nabceptraining.com in hopes to find clientele who are looking to become NABCEP Certified. So we installed WordPress and a nice looking theme that we edited, and we saw that without any real content on the page we were already rank 12 on Google! We never even submitted our site. So we decided to Search Engine Optimize our website to gain even better rankings. So on the first day we added an SEO Tool that would allow us to change the page titles and descriptions on our site, a Sitemap generation tool so we could submit the site to Google, Bing, and Yahoo. At the end of the day we submitted the site and was beginning to create our content. That next morning our ranking was gone and we were not to be found on Google, but we were rank 3 on Bing!? What happened? Why did we disappear? We didn't receive any messages from Google on the webmaster tools saying we were blacklisted. Does anyone have an idea?

Too Many Page Links
I have 8 niche websites for golf clubs. This was done to carve out tight niches for specific types of clubs then only broadens each club by type - i.e. better player, game improvement, max game improvement. So far, for fairly young sites, <1 year, they are doing fairly well as I build content. Running campaigns has alerted me to one problem - too many on-page links. And because I use Wordpress those links are on each page in the right sidebar and lead to the other sites. Even though visitors arrive via organic search in most cases they tend to eventually exit to one of the other sites or they click on a product (Ebay) and venture off to hopefully make a purchase. Ex: Drivers site will have a picture link for each of the other 7 sites. Question: If I have one stie (like a splash page) used as one link to that page listing all the sites with a brief explanation of each site will this cause visitors to bounce off because they will have one click, than the list and other clicks depending on what other club/site they would like to go to. The links all open in new windows. This would cut down on the number of links per page of each site but will it cause too much work for visitors and cause them to leave?

Cross links between sites
hi, We have several ecommerce sites and we cross linked 3 of them by mistake. We realize that the sites were linked through WMT, We have shut down 2 of the sites about 2 months ago, but WMT still shows the links coming from those 2 sites. how do we make sure that google will see the sites are shut down. Is there a better of way resolving this issue. We are no longer using those sites, so do not need them to be active. whats the best solution to show google that the links are no longer there. Crawler shows that it was able to crawl the site 45 days after it is shut down. thanks nick

Linking to unrelated content
Hi, Just wanted to know, linking to unrelated content will harm the site? I know linking to unrelated content is not good. But wanted to know weather any chances are there or not. I have a site related to health and the other one related to technology. The technology site is too good having PR 6 and very good strong backlinks. And the health related site has very much tough competition, So i wanted to know may be i could link this health site to technology site to get good link from it. How to index our dynamic Servlets to profit from inbound Links?
We have several dynamic Servlets on our Website which help Users to calculate Mortgages: Example: http://www.interhyp.de/interhyp/servlet/interhyp?view=showKaufMietSchieber&STYLE=b2c&alttrackwidth=546 Until now these Servlets are blocked via robots.txt to avoid "stange results being in the Googleindex".
