How to rank in Local Google Without physical address and phone number?

Can We Rank Well in Local Google without Physical address and Phone Number??? If Yes. How??
-
Also, please check your Private Messages on Moz, I just left you a quick note.
-
Okey.. Thanks Keri..
-
That would be fraud, since there is no actual business.
-
Thanks Keri for such a great information.
And what about other niches for example - plumber, dentist, Electricians etc. My aim is to create such websites and ranked them locally (in New York City), then sell them in good price? Can I do the same?
-
No, for two different reasons.
-
You are not local to New York City.
-
Web design is not considered a local business by Google, and has not been for several years. Even if you were in New York City, you wouldn't be able to show up in local for web design.

Hi Keri, As I am living in India, Can I make a web design service website for New York City (without physical address and phone number)? Can I rank in Local Google?
-
Can you give a little more information about your business? Is this for a local business, that meets with customers at either your location or their location? If it's for web design, that's not considered by Google to be a local business. There are some ways for service businesses to be listed with the address hidden, but most things do require and address and phone number. What type of business is this for?
-
In my opinion, it’s almost nearer to impossible because without the physical address you won’t be able to get your business register in Maps and most aggregator’s website.
If you make location based pages and build good links to it you might rank well but I believe Google will still give preference to the businesses that are already registered in Google Maps and on other aggregator’s listings which is impossible to gain without the physical location and phone number.
hope this helps!

Google My Business
I have a question about Google my Business. Currently I have a business that's been verified. I would like to add another business with the same address. The businesses are different (name, website, phone number) but the primary address is the same. Is this something that can be done? Thanks for your help.

SEO Client not rankings in Google
Hello, I have a client that has continued to be problematic for my team and I. They have fair to middling rankings in Yahoo and Bing, but none in Google. I realize that they are three separate search engines each with their own criteria, but this client is the only one experiencing this problem. There is no significant duplicate content that can find, same with restrictions in the robots.txt file. These seems to be no reason why all my tools say that this client has no presence at all in google, especially when the client gains most of their traffic through Google. Can anyone assist me in finding out what is going wrong? Client website for reference: http://www.volvethosp.com/ Best, BeyondIndigo

Keyword Cannibalization? My home page is ranking higher for a keyword that another page is targeting
Hello! My website's http://lessonsgowhere.com.sg/ and we're a marketplace for local lessons. I've been working on the site's SEO for maybe 3 to 4 months now, and am seeing some good results. The one thing that really bugs me right now is that my homepage is ranking for a keyword that I'm trying to target with another page. Specifically, I'm targeting the group of keywords for 'cooking class', 'cooking lessons', 'cooking class singapore' with the category page: http://lessonsgowhere.com.sg/cooking-classes However, my home page is currently ranking on the first page for local search (Google Singapore), and my category page isn't! On the other hand, the page that I'm targeting for 'baking class', 'baking lessons', and 'baking class singapore' is doing fine and is already in the top 3 positions for the entire group of keywords. Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do?

Rankings question
We have just taken on a client who is really struggling in the rankings, even for noncompetitive terms. Here is the URL: www.freshsmiles.co.uk they are targeting 'dentist york, dental implants york, teeth whitening york, orthdontist york' The content on the site seems very good (we have been working on ensuring that the content is duplicated and of good quality) They have also been doing blogs http://www.freshsmiles.co.uk/blog/ We've installed webmaster tools and there are no manual spam action warnings and I have checked the inbound links to the website and they don't seem spammy. Any help would be much appreciated! thanks in advance Marcus

How do I fix duplicate content issues if the pages are really just localized versions?
Does this still hurt our SEO? Should we place different countries on their own respective domains (.co.uk, etc)?
