Internal linking anchor text with automated ASP.NET link building

Hi Everyone
I really need some help here, the problem I have must be one that many have. I have a simple e-commerce style website so 1 product page can in fact get 40-50 internal links to it. These links come from a mixture of:
1. The parent category pages that the product sits on (Rugged PDA) and in turn the 10 filter pages of this category page (Rugged PDA, ordered by battery size).
2. Alternative product list on other product pages, So many products link to each other as alternatives. From Google analytics we can see that visitors like to browse product to product seeing 5 alternatives on each page with titles like "Smaller", "more rugged" etc.
3. Manufactuer pages, so we have a link to each product from each manufacturer home page where we talk lots about each manufacture we resell.
We also have links from images used in the website.
So its a nice usable website but we're finding that Google is still telling us in Webmaster tools that it thinks some links are dubious and we're trying to find out why. We only now have 190 external links to the website, most are internal and from the website or our blog on a subdomain.
The problem we think is that we generate the category and products pages all dynamically so the anchor text is looking the same. Will this potentially create issues for us?

Overoptimized internal linking text can have a negative impact on your site's rankings in Google. Well-optimized, user-friendly internal linking text that does not go overboard can have a positive impact on your site's rankings in Google.
For example:
If the anchor text of all internal links going into your "Blue Widgets" says "Buy Blue Widgets Online" and you have pages for "Red Widgets" that have hundreds of internal links saying "Buy Red Widgets Online" and the same for Green Widgets, etc... that is probably overoptimized. It would be better if they all just said the name of the category (i.e. Blue Widgets, Red Widgets, Green Widgets) since the "Buy... Online" part is implied.I hope this answers your question. I just re-read the above and thought I could actually summarise this far better, with the help of a response from another question I have open!
Does anchor text on internally linking pages matter at all or is it OK and an issue that only matters with external links now?

Internal Link Building and Link Juice Quality
Hi There! I manage the website for a law office that covers many geographical locations. For very specific niche content, we would prefer to create one piece of content and link to the various geographic locations where we would handle that topic instead of posting multiple variations of the same content for each specific geographical area. If we put a button on these pages that has links to each location, will that have the same "link juice" effect to the pages we're linking that linking directly in the text would? Better link building is hardest to achieve in 2014
In a simple words. My site has good quality content not copies 100% original. Have good social points more then 500 or twitter, fb, g+ (200) and now what to do with ranking. should i start linking, but where, please don't refer me any-page. As my thinking all old link building method are now died, like comment, rss, classifieds, footer links, directories. etc At this time i am thinking the powerful link building is hard to achieve in whole process of seo. Now any one tell me where do i start, linking to my site .....? (I also research on competitors but there links are all from contextual and linking domain sites DA is more then 70, and i can't even able to get one link by scraping more then 200 sites.) Thanks .

Internal Linking Questions
Hello, here are my questions. 1:Should I be internal linking back to my home page from every subpage or lower page on my site. Or, is that going overboard? 2: If i'm internal linking back to a page with an anchor text that has no relation to the page, will that pass less relevance? So for example lets say the current page is about mazda cars. Then, I link to a page about ford cars with the anchor text Mazda cars that would pass less relevance, right? Thanks for your help

Does the url text count as anchor text in google's algo?
I always try to strive for getting good anchortext in links that people link to my sites with, but sometimes they are not very web savvy, or just plain not willing to format the link the way i want it and we end up with links that use the URL as the anchortext. My question is, if i format a url such that it has keywords in it, and when someone makes a link like this: http://www.storwell.com/self-storage-toronto-bursary-application-form.php does google consider the words: storwell, self, storage, toronto, bursary, application & form as the anchor text?

Impact of Internal VS Inbound Links
Internal linking channels juice being accumulated through inbound links and the two work as a team. I am interested to hear from those who have either tested or have a fairly good gut feeling about the impact of internal links on rankings (as an additional signal). Also in your opinion how does internal linking compare to external links pointing to the same page (e.g. impact of benefit/ranking gained through internal linking + inbound links as opposed to scenario where there is no relevant internal links at all).
