Giving access to a new user

We are looking to give access to a different user in our org, but when they try to log in on a different device, it's not working. The only device that can log in is mine.
Please advise...

Unfortunately, we still don't have an ETA for that. It's a bit more complex than we initially envisioned, though we know it's a feature request that a lot of people want, and we'll all be glad when it's ready.

Any update on that yet? Having the ability to create a separate user login with limited rights to have someone else doing certain tasks would be highly appreciated.

We don't have that feature right now. We are developing a multi-user feature right now, however, and will keep everyone posted when it is ready.

Joel, is it possible to have a separate login? I want to give access to another person in my organization for running reports, but I don't wan them to have full access. Please advise.

Hey Brad,
Thanks for the question. You should be able to login with multiple devices using the one account. Even at the same time. It's possible there is a password issue at play here.
I would encourage you to doublecheck the login credentials being used on the second device and if you continue to have an issue, email us at help@moz.com so we can look into this further for you.

Unsolved Almost every new page become Discovered - currently not indexed
Almost every new page that I create becomes Discovered - currently not indexed. It started a couple of months ago, before that all pages were indexed within a couple of weeks. Now there are pages that have not been indexed since the beginning of September. From a technical point of view, the pages are fine and acceptable for a Google bot. The pages are in the sitemap and have content. Basically, these are texts of 1000+ or 2000+ words. I've tried adding new content to pages and even transferring content to a new page with a different url. But in this way, I managed to index only a couple of pages. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

I have assigned a Moz Pro seat to someone but they can't access a campaign's rankings report?
Howdy, I'm the record administrator on a Moz Pro record. I have alloted a seat to a consultant who's accomplishing some work for me and they state they can't get to a mission's rankings report? The deal with client's segment shows them as grabbing a chair permit? It's been given and acknowledged by them? Thanks vape juice

When will true multi-user log-in be available in Moz Pro? How about an archive?
Our team is growing and we are running into each others' research on the tool! Will our users ever be able to use their own instance of Moz? Also, how about a historical archiving function for research? Would be nice to record past research as similar requests come to us in the future. Wish list stuff - thx.

Cannot Access Moz Analytics
I've been trying to access Moz Analytics for over a month but have continued to see this error message: http://screencast.com/t/GMnN6l9WEI tried on all browsers and cleared my cache. The login works, because I am able to access it on other computers but not on my primary computer. This leads me to believe that Moz' servers are blocking out my computer's IP address for whatever reason.I've tried emailing the help team and calling but have not gotten any sort of response so far. Anyone have a solution?

Hi I have just completed setting up a new campaign in Moz Analytics but when i press finish theres a graphic representing somehting updating/loading and then nothing happens like a message saying campaign set up complete and it just stays on same page. A problem with the MOZ New response to Question Email
Hi, It seems that the MOZ New response to Question emails are getting my mailbox stuck (using outlook). This does not happen with any other email including your other reports and emails.
