Dear Moz,
Another error, the following url loads an empty page https://moz.com/local/categories
Please review
Thanks!

The page looks to have loaded now, it was indeed a speed issue. It is loading quick now.
Thanks for fixing!

Hello again!
That link appears to be working for us at Moz, although it takes a few second to load. We'll work on speeding that up. If it's still not loading for you, we may need to take a deeper look. Could you email help@moz.com?
Thanks for your help!
Jackie

Moz Bar doesn't show any data and keeps asking me to log in when actually I'm logged in.
Hi all, I've been using Moz Bar for years. It ran well until about three weeks ago. It suddenly failed to show the DA and PA of sites that I open after I log in. And it keeps asking me to log in when I did. I tried to uninstall the Mozbar extension and reinstalled it several times. Nothing worked. I also tried to uninstall Chrome and clear the cookies, still, nothing changed. Did anyone experience this? How do you solve it and make it run on the track? Any information will be appreciated. Moz Keyword Tool Monthly Volume
Ive recently put together a Keyword List of about 100 keywords on the Moz Keyword Explorer tool. One keyword, aerial filming, stood out as very low search volume of 51 - 100. I took the same 100 keywords and passed them through the Google Keyword Planner by Google AdWords. Aerial Filming has an average search volume of 1k - 10k according to the Keyword Planner. Even though Keyword Planner gives me a range of 1k - 10k, the lowest number is still 10 times higher than what the Moz Keyword Explorer was indicating. This drastic difference of volume was consistent across all 100 keywords. All of the Monthly Volume numbers were divided by 10. Why does Moz Keyword Tool display a search volume that is 10x less than what Google Keyword Planner is suggesting?

Crawl Diagnostics: How many pages (deep) will it crawl for dup content
Does anyone know how deep the crawl diagnostics will crawl when searching for dup content? Will it crawl the entire site, or will it only crawl "x" amount of pages? Thanks!

Why'd Moz stop showing the list of users?
Curious to know if anyone else noticed that Moz stopped showing most of the active community users http://moz.com/community/users. It was nice to see who's who from visiting profiles and try to connect with them via email or see their websites, etc. There used to be pagination at the bottom. Why did they stop?

On the on page optimization page, I found out that there are 2 contributing factors which are opposite to each other. "No More Than One H1 Tag" and "Appropriate Keyword Usage in H1 Tag"
"No More Than One H1 Tag" and "Appropriate Keyword Usage in H1 Tag" If you fulfill one condition, the other one is not completed. If you consider Article heading as H1 then Moz do not detect keyword in the heading.

"WWW." versus Non - "www."
Our web developer recently changed our preferred domain from "www.thinkbiglearnsmart.com" to "thinkbiglearnsmart.com" so when I check the authority of the "www." it is higher than the "thinkbiglearnsmart.com." do you have any insight onto if we should just make our preferred URL "www." because that's how it was for years? Is there a way just to merge the two back together so it is not sort of having different information for the same site? Thank you!
