Dashboard doesn't show new data for the passed week
-
Did Roger leave us to search for eastereggs ?
My dashboard still shows data from the initial crawl  (2- 8 april), and hasn't updated since. Have I switched something off  ?  The next run should contain 9 - 15 april, and that period closed yesterday so I wonder what's going on ...
-
Thank you Erin, that's clear. Would however be nice to see a label after the dropdown mentioning that "Next timeframe will become available at  Apr 19th".
Another thing : Where is the data from my previous timeframe gone ? The dropdown only shows the latest timeframe, so then why is it a dropdown if only the latest is available ?
Happy easter !

Hi there! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Thanks for reaching out! The dates referenced throughout the Web App are the dates for the previous data collection time period, but the data is updated the day following the end of that period.
So, if the app shows the weekly timeframe as April 2nd-8th, this means the data was actually updated on April 9th. We update the weekly data seven days after the last update occurred, so the next update would take place on April 16th (yesterday) for the week of April 9th-15th and your data should update on the same day every week at 12:00 am PST.
Sorry for any confusion! I just checked your campaign, and I'm showing dates in the dashboard.
Happy Thursday!
Erin

Why is analytics.moz.com showing up a traffic source in Google Analytics?
Under Traffic Sources, analytics.moz.com is listed as a source for 37 sessions this past month. What might this be? Is it legitimate traffic or should I be filtering this?

Other Visit in the Dashboard
Hi there, I would like to understand if in "Other visit" could be included traffic from adwords. I see a 97% decrease of this value concerning of my internt site and I need to understand the reason. I switched out an Adwords campaign last month, so I thought this decrease could be related to this aspect. Thank you. Massimiliano

Why can't I Ctrl + click on links on Moz any more?
I'm interested if it's just me that gets frustrated by this? I've just Ctrl + clicked a few links to open them in separate tabs and then realised that none of them had opened. I know it's been like this for a while. It's a usability issue as it goes against expected norms, and now I have to right-click and then click "Open in new tab" on each link, which is more time-consuming and frustrating. More and more websites seem to be losing their Ctrl + click on links ability (JavaScript often breaks it). I don't know if there's a Mac equivalent... Anyway, I hope that doesn't seem like I'm too angry. It just frustrates me a little and I hope it gets fixed. đ Edit - I've just realised these are getting blocked by Chrome's pop-up blocker - but why? It's only an issue on a small number of websites.

Trying to connect Google Analytics account But it's not listed in the drop down box
I'm trying to connect a Google Analytics account but when I go through the drop down box with our list of clients it doesn't show up. It is listed in our agency Analytics account. We have 30+ accounts on GA. Any reason why the account wouldn't make it into the list? Thanks, ~Anjolie

Is analytics data kept after PRO account is discontinued? And/or can we step back up later again, and acces it?
When we discontinue our PRO account, will we be able to step back up with the same account later? If so, is there any data of the intermediate months? And can we still access old data from during our PRO account from the free account?
