Dashboard doesn't show new data for the passed week

My dashboard still shows data from the initial crawl (2- 8 april), and hasn't updated since. Have I switched something off ? The next run should contain 9 - 15 april, and that period closed yesterday so I wonder what's going on ...

Thank you Erin, that's clear. Would however be nice to see a label after the dropdown mentioning that "Next timeframe will become available at Apr 19th".
Another thing : Where is the data from my previous timeframe gone ? The dropdown only shows the latest timeframe, so then why is it a dropdown if only the latest is available ?

Hi there! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Thanks for reaching out! The dates referenced throughout the Web App are the dates for the previous data collection time period, but the data is updated the day following the end of that period.
So, if the app shows the weekly timeframe as April 2nd-8th, this means the data was actually updated on April 9th. We update the weekly data seven days after the last update occurred, so the next update would take place on April 16th (yesterday) for the week of April 9th-15th and your data should update on the same day every week at 12:00 am PST.
Sorry for any confusion! I just checked your campaign, and I'm showing dates in the dashboard.

Best way to find keyword volume data for lists
Hi Mozzers! I have a workflow question. I like to browse for keywords by hitting the SERPs and getting Related Keywords, People Also Search For, and Long-Tail Variants using various tools. I then scoop up these entries and paste them into a spreadsheet. The next step would be to find search volume data. Does Moz Explorer offer a good way to find this data for lists of keywords? I see how to get this info for one keyword at a time, but I'm interested in getting KW volume for a list, either by pasting KWs into a field or uploading a spreadsheet. I recall using the Google Keyword Planner once for this purpose, but I wonder if Moz also offers a way. I am a Moz Pro user. Thanks in advance for your advice. AK

Do I have to manually mark as 'fixed' or 'Ignore' manually on Metadata Issues when completed?
When I have amended the missing description Metadata issue on an individual page do I have to manually mark as 'fixed' or 'Ignore'? I have attended to several pages regards Missing Description Metadata Issues and not manually marked them as fixed. However they still appear in metadata missing description issues after a second on demand crawl? Will they continue to appear until I manually mark them as fixed?

New non-www. web address but the domain is the same
Hi Everyone, we're launching a new WP website that has a non-www. web address. Old address www.1to1therapy.ca, new address http://1to1therapy.ca. A re-direct has been created for the www. address. It appears that this is causing an issue for the Moz page crawler. It is currently only crawling 1 page. I will set up a new campaign. BUT As best practice should I set up all new google analytics on http://1to1therapy.ca? It appears that the analytics are functioning correctly, but I'm unsure if any issues may arise from the change.

Pro just NOTworking, won't add campaigns...help!
I have been a member before, but cancelled due to Moz not doing daily ranking. Signed up again, as i like the reporting facility, and now have planned to use this along with Rankinity. I got the free trial, added in two new campaigns, which is not a quick process if you do it correctly, and neither are showing up in my campaigns tab. So I thought, maybe its because it's a free trial...so I upgraded to the 149/month, and got billed. Tried adding a campaign again, and nada. Also tried activating archived campaigns...again, nothing. Nothing is working, talking directly to Moz is pretty much impossible (no phone number, the 'talk to us' button never gets a response - tried that on Friday), so I am trying to get some kind of answers here. What I would like from Moz is: 1. Make the adding campaigns thing work asap (I need to make the client reports soon). 2. Make it so my old archived ones, when I click the activate button work. 3. If they are feeling nice for wasting hours of my time, maybe refunding my sub for the month and putting me back on the free trial or something. My head is about to explode....HELPPPPP! Moz Pro won't stay connected to my Google Analytics profile
I just started a trial of Moz Pro today and it seems to have a problem staying connected to my Google Analytics account. Evenr time I refresh a page or click to a different page, I get a notification that reads "Our connection to your Google Analytics account was lost. Don't worry, you won't lose any data. Please reauthorize now." I click the link to reauthorize and it says it was successful, But then as soon as I refresh the page or click to a new page withing Moz Pro, the message appears again. I'm afraid that none of my GA data is being collected by Moz Pro. What should I do?
