On page SEO Report Sucks
-
Hey. I'm trying to get a PDF of the on page report so I can see a list of each issue. This works well if you're logged in and just navigate through the different tabs, but not so well if you export. All I get is an overview of the number of the priority issues, but not the URLs and the specific problems.
I know you can export a CVS, but that's not a very good branded way to export this.
What I'd like to do is export a report that is fairly gainular so I can provide "before and after" reports for work we completed. As is stands now, I have an overview PDF which sucks and can't provide any more details or a CVS which has all the details in the world, but is so in depth it's hard to navigate, especially for clients who don't know what they're looking at, not to mention it's not branded!!!
There should be way more options for reporting here. Please let me know if you can do something about this or if I'm just missing something. Thanks.

Hi Micha
From the support side we can't do much on our end but our product team does have a forum we encourage posting on to submit ideas and feature requests. The link to the forum is here: https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests
This is the only way for us to prioritize and plan enhancements and feature requests outside of bugs so definitely submit your suggestions there.
Hope this helps!

Completely understand.
If you are looking to send reports with a general summary, Moz, Quicksprout and GWT are the three that we use. Most of our clients get overwhelmed if we send a mass of reports their way. You should also include the exports from Anlaytics.

Hey David. Thanks for that, but I am aware of this. I'm mainly looking for better reporting just to help the labor side of reporting to clients.

When editing your on page seo to get a better score, keep in mind that these are only tools to guide people in the right direction. I have seen suggestions within the MOZ tools that would actually hurt the overall value of the page, in order to get a better seo score.

The auto campaigns don't have any additional options that what I've already discussed, at least not for on page SEO reporting.
Yes, the auto reports are nice, but they don't add more data than is already available in the system. What I'm talking about it adding a more granular level of reporting to this module.
Yes, you're right that I can use the single URL report tool and gain a lot of insight into that specific URL. I don't feel like doing that one at a time for clients that have sites over 100 pages. That's what tools are for.
Thanks though.

Custom Report Tab.
Top right corner next to Campaign Settings under your profile picture. You can make the report you need to make.
Not only that but you can also take the individual URL that is having an issue, plug it into the domain audit tool and analyze that individual page and report just that page. That will be a clear concise audit of just that URL.

Duplicate page content on Moz PRO - http://www and http:// problem
Hi Moz community, My Moz Pro writes 555 duplicate content errors, when i click on the page address to check witch page duplicate, it gives me the same page address without WWW. http://www.domain.com/page Duplicated: http://domain.com/page The first thing i checked is my .Htaccess file.. , I found out i have a www redirection that redirect everyone without the "www" to the full domain with the "www" - and it works perfectly on the browser. The code that redirect: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www.

I have removed a subdomain from my main domain. We have stopped the subdomain completely. However the crawl still shows the error for that sub-domain. How to remove the same from crawl reports.
Earlier I had a forum as sub-domain and was mentioned in my main domain. However i have now discontinued the forum and have removed all the links and mention of the forum from my main domain. But the crawler still shows error for the sub-domain. How to make the crawler issues clean or delete the irrelevant crawl issues. I dont have the forum now and no links at the main site, bu still shows crawl errors for the forum which doesnt exist.

Are the on page report cards graded according to the keywords associated with your campaign only?
One of the key phrases I have associated with my campaign is Las Vegas wedding venues. I have an on-page report card grade D for a page I am optimizing for the long tail key phrase outdoor wedding venues in Las Vegas. Some of the issues I am being asked to fix are:
Product Support | | leslieevarts
1. Broad Keyword Usage in Page Title: Employ the keyword in the page title, preferably as the first words in the element.
2. Keyword Usage in URL
3. Appropriate Keyword Usage in H1 Tag Should I disregard these fixes because Moz.com is running these report as if I am optimizing for Las Vegas wedding venues as oppose to outdoor wedding venues in Las Vegas? All help is appreciated!! Thank you so much 😃0 -
Traffic Data Report Error: Anyone else?
I included a screenshot of the report. I had a 111 organic visits for last Mondays past week report, this Monday it is telling me I had 0. It's also telling me I have -10 non-branded keywords. I know the organic search visits isn't 0. Also, (this part I'm not sure about) but I don't see how I could have a negative amount of non-branded keywords. I would think it would just stop at 0. Has anyone had something like this happen? Or am I just missing something? Thanks for any help or comments. zK3FbG4.png
