Problem with Moz Dashboard
-
Hello. For the last two days, my dash board has been showing this...
-
We're having the EXACT same problem with the 902 error code from Moz. Google is NOT showing this code for us.However, MOZ showed it on Sept 11th but I believe it stemmed before that date.

Hey Everyone
Sorry for the confusion! The home page is actually getting a complete makeover which will be released very soon. I don't have an exact ETA but the data can be found directly within each campaign.
For those of you reporting crawl issues, I'm afraid you will have to work with your hosting provider to investigate and resolve any network issues as those responses are only returned from attempts for an HTTP requests. Any issues on our end would not return an error code, you just wouldn't see any data at all. The codes are part of the diagnostics and do not identify issues with our crawler if a response code is generated.
More information about response codes can be found here: http://moz.com/help/guides/search-overview/crawl-diagnostics/errors-in-crawl-reports
Hope this helps!

I still have the same problem with the blank front page. Looks like the 902-errors have dissapeared though. Would also love a update from the staff.

Same happening here for several weeks!
Would love an update from staff.

Same thing with my dashboard, in addition i get the following crawl-errors:
Moz was unable to crawl your site during the last campaign update! We encountered the following issue:902 Network Errors Prevented Crawler from Contacting ServerI suspect that these might be related? Does MOZ.com have any issues on their side? I am 100% sure that there has been no network issues during this period. And no blocking of Moz's ip's.

opps... wasn't done typing.
I just want to know why the dashboard info isn't showing up. Everything is okay inside the accounts.

Can I transfer my Moz Profile points to a new profile?
I've moved jobs and that meant changing emails and handing over my Moz account to the company. Afterall, it was the company that paid for the Moz account. I was wondering if I could transfer my points/profile to a new one? Or is it a case of starting from scratch again?

Moz Campaign Error
A lot of links seem to be broken or glitching with the Moz Campaigns dashboard. For whatever reason moz decided to archive my campaigns without permission. It then will not let me activate them again, forcing me to recreate them. When I go to the campaigns page, it will not show me my active campaigns, including ones that I have just made and it is impossible to get to them unless I save the campaign id and manually navigate to it in the browser. This has been tested on every web browser, so it is not some kind of user error or browser thing on my end. How can I get to my active campaigns since Moz will not show them to me?

2. In Search competition is not working at all. it states "not in top 50" for all keywords witch is not true.
3. In Crawl diagnostics I get this "Rel Canonical" issue even though the rel canonical tag is in the website. I have send a mail to support but no answer until today. Earlier I did receive a answer on my questions so i guess there is one way of sending questions to the moz team witch is not working.0 -
Moz forum response seems to crash Outlook?
Hi, Like the new look of Moz. I got an automated email the other day saying someone had responded to a question we asked on Moz. However, when opening the email, it really held Outlook 2010 up. So slow that it crashed Outlook a couple of times. When trying to forward the email to a colleague, I got the 'Contacting \d1...cloudfront.net\img_users' dialogue box, which just stood there for ages, and eventually I had to give up and force Outlook to quit. Please see attached screenshot. Looking at the URL Outlook was trying to reach indicates it's trying to load up the avatar of the person who responded. Which would look nice I admit, but don't really need it in the email if it's going to cause Outlook to crash. There is an 'image not found' icon next to the post, so that's why I assume Outlook is searching for that image. It's almost as if the image is incorrectly referencing a local source (network drive) which it can never find. Perhaps there is a missing http:// prefix before the image in the tag? Anyway, was curious to know if anyone else has this problem, or if anyone at Moz can check this out (update template?) Regards, Rich M6AY0GQ
