Exporting Twitter and FB data in report
-
Hi
Been with this tool for a few days now and enjoying it so far. I do have one query though. In the campaigns section we have various tabs of data, including Social. However while all the other data is exportable in the created report, social is not available to add to the custom reports. Why is this?
When I click on the social tab I can download it in CSV but it would be good to be able to export the charts in pdf as per the other analysis data. Would make it much easier when sharing reports with clients.
Are there any plans to make the social metrics addable to the custom reports one can create?

Hi ccgdm!
Thanks for writing in. Yes, adding social data to custom reports is something that we planned for. It's on our development backlog, and it's definitely a higher priority. I don't have a release date, but we're hoping to have it within the next 6 months. Sorry I couldn't be more help!
Cheers,
Jackie

Keyword data archiving
Hi all, With the limit on the keyword counts, I'm not sure how people are going about collecting data for larger keyword sets? I initially thought to alternate my keywords monthly but can't seem to archive the results. Any thoughts/suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks

OSE - Group by Domain Export
When exporting inbound link data from OSE, it seems to lose the "group by domain" filter. Is it possible to download the data like that or do I need to filter through all the links myself? Thanks!

How Do I Interpret Data From "Competitive Link Finder" Search Results?
Ok, I'm a beginner here. A few basic questions: I ran a "competitive link finder" search. 1. What does "Subdomain mR" mean? 2. What does Subdomain mT mean? 3. What do the scores in each column mean? Example 8.7 under Subdomain mR. 4. How do I interpret this? thanks for your help! Dan Castro

Were do I find the old Link Scape report that shows Domain Juice passed?
It looks like they are retiring the old Link scape. Where do we find the report that showed the Domain Juice passed by each link? Is it in the advanced reports and we need to request and wait?

Is there a problem with Weekly Ranking report this week?
I just received my weekly ranking report. 2 Up, 0 down, 8 the same this week. However, last week my page was #2 for "innovation conference" and this week you report "not in top 50." My first thought was penalty, but when I searched and removed personalization, we were still #2 for that search query. So, something must be wrong with the report - either we're 1 down or "not in the top 50 is wrong."
