What's up with Yahoo and Bing in my keyword rankings?

SEOmoz is good I've learned a lot from it. I'm on my 3rd month and now have 8 keywords in top 50 for one site and 1 keyword in top 50 for another. This is for Google US.
For Bing and Yahoo! US however I am still not in the top 50 for anything. I have read elsewhere that meta-tag page words can be regarded by these engines as a spam signal. In my meta I have used competative keywords that are relevant to my content, some of which are in the body, but are not my actual targeted keywords as a red-herring to potential competitors. Also might be usefull for other smaller places that still use meta-tags.
Could not appearing in BingHoo! have something to do with their alogrithms and the meta-tags? or is it an SEOmoz issue?
I have another question also. The " / " after a domain name doesn't appear in my Firefox address bar (I think I did a 301 redirect), but when I copy and paste it into an entry box (e.g. for a link submission) it puts the " / " there at the end which I take off. Does this make any difference?

We usually don't delete questions, but leave them here so other people can learn. And no worries about gaming the hug system.

Nobody answered in a couple of days but since then I have had a look around and gathered from other places and threads on here that I should try submitting my site to Bing because they don't index as many pages. Best answers are always from variety of sources and work out the average. I'll look around a bit more for the " / " issue if it make any difference, it doesn't seem to have.
Yes you're free to delete. I'm at 50 points which entitled me to a hug from Roger which I have now had, so....if you delete the thread and I get to 50 points again later on does this mean I get 2 hugs? it may look like I've gamed the hug system, it wasn't deliberate.

A tale of two pages - one ranks great and one doesn't - but they are set up the same way
Hi everyone, First time poster 🙂 I will keep it simple - we have two pages on our website that are set up in the same way (or so we think) but achieve vastly different search engine rankings. We have spent weeks trying to figure out why this should be the case, but to no avail. Perhaps you guys can do a little diagnosis and see what we are missing: for search term: used machine tools www.machinetoolsonline.co.za/buy-used-machine-tools Is working well for us. for search term: new machine tools www.machinetoolsonline.co.za/buy-new-machine-tools is a disaster 😞 In fact, Google ranks our home page which is optimised for other terms, higher. Keyword Rankings Compare to X not working
Anyone else having trouble with the compare your keyword positions with competitors section of the analytics? The rankings for my site(s) are fine but whichever competitor I click on to compare rankings to just returns 'Not in Top 50' the competitor is ranking. I have just manually checked and they are very much listed in the engine. Is this tool broken?

Meaning of Keyword difficulty
Before joining SEOMoz I used to calculate Keyword difficulty with my own method based on keyword density, presence of synonyms, Page rank, title and URL. This seemed to rather well work and I reach 1st page on a fairly regumar basis by picking good difficulty / interest ratio keywords and only onsite optimization. (No link building) I just looked @Keyword analysis in SEOMoz. It seems it is only based on page / site autority. Is this correct? Do you believe keyword and synonym density is irrelevent? Do I need to set back to my home recipe if I want to include keyword analysis in my difficulty assessment ? Thx

SEOmoz Keyword Ranking - Does it work for local search?
I was just wondering how SEOmoz calculates keyword rankings up and down every week. Shouldn't there be a way to have SEOmoz calculate rankings on a Local and Non-Local Basis? For example I have "Local Dentist" as a keyword in SEOmo for my dental client. Why are my rankings not showing up in Bing?
I recently signed up for SEOmoz and love it so far...but....in the keyword ranking section I know we rank in the top 20 for our keywords on Bing and yet for some reason the SEOmoz tool is coming back saying we arent even in the top 50. Why is this?

How many keywords can I look at at once in keyword difficulty tool?
Can I do like 15 at once? I'm also looking at a way to export all the data from multiple keywords in one view, it seems I can only export individual keywords. Is there a better seomoz tool to accomplish this?
