I signed up for a free trial yesterday. Today I wanted to analyze some Twitter accounts and got a message that I had reached my daily quota after only two searches! What's going on?

When I first discovered Followerwonk, I searched 15 accounts before reaching my daily quota. Now that I have signed up for a Pro account, how come I can only search two? How come there's any daily limit at all now?

Hi there!
Thanks for reaching out! My name is Erin, and I'm on the Help Team here at Moz. Sorry to hear you ran into this!
This sounds a little wonky! For bio searches there aren't any limits, and for comparison and analyze reports there are limits of 500 reports (per hour, which would be pretty impressive to hit!) if you're a Pro user.
If you're still running into this, can you email us at help@moz.com? We just need the following information:
- the email address associated with your account
- your Twitter handle
- the specific types of reports you're trying to run
- screenshots of the error messages you're seeing
We should be able to help you troubleshoot from there! We look forward to seeing your email!
Cheers,
Erin

Odd search page behaviour (missing description)
Hey folks, in our page crawl errors we are getting 1000's (literally) of missing description errors on our search page - see attached image for what I mean. I have no idea how these are being generated as crawled links? Any help would be appreciated as it would really clean up our errors! qAzah

'not a valid url' error in campaign set up
I get the error not a valid url when I'm trying to set up a campaign. I know it's a valid url. I have tried with www, non-www, http://, https:// when I do the https it lets me start, but then I get an error that https is forwarding to http and I need to use that. When I then put in the http, I get the original error. thanks in advance for your help.

Dashboard doesn't show new data for the passed week
Did Roger leave us to search for eastereggs 😉 ? My dashboard still shows data from the initial crawl (2- 8 april), and hasn't updated since. Have I switched something off ? The next run should contain 9 - 15 april, and that period closed yesterday so I wonder what's going on ...

We have lot's of vertical markets (roughly 13), and lot's of business area's (7). From a reporting perspective I need to report by business area, as well as by vertical market. On top of this, we have 9 regional website.
