We've imported keywords for a campaign & I've noticed a few typos is it possible to correct the typos? Or do I need to delete them & start over?
-
I'm importing sets of keywords that I've added locations to. Then I'm setting tags based on the city so I can pull a set of 15 keywords for each local market. I've noticed a couple typos that are now coming back to haunt me because I can't find a way to edit the typo without deleting the keyword & starting from scratch. When that happens I need to individually tag the keyword to 60 different locations. (I've spotted 3 typos (ugh - I wish I'd checked those more carefully before).
I'm looking for a way to edit the keyword phrases but see how I can do that.

Hey there,
This is Michael from the Moz Help team! I'm sorry to say that we don't have an edit option for existing keywords, only an add and delete option. You'll want to remove the keyword and add it back in without the typo. The good news is that you caught this sooner rather than later so you're not disrupting historical data with the quick keyword remove and add.
It's a bummer there isn't a better workaround, I know...I am no stranger to typlos TYPOS!
I hope this helps!

Correct GMB page is not being pulled to validate in Moz Dashboard
Hi, I have a client who will be purchasing a Moz Local package. They have 1 main location and 11 off-site locations throughout the city. I am trying to validate the last location through the dashboard but the correct Google My Business page is not being pulled. I went to the backend of the Google My Business page and there is a banner saying, "Your business is verified. Listings may be reviewed for quality and can take up to 3 days to be published." This banner has been present for almost 3 weeks now. The Google Business pages were bulk verified and only this one page is pending review. Does anyone have insights as to why the page is still pending review? If the page is verified, why is it not being pulled to Moz Dashboard?

How do I use Moz Local to delete citations for an incorrect business location?
For some reason when you search our business name in a specific English county (or town within that country) one of the results in the local pack is the home address and phone number for a private individual who is nothing to do with us. He is now being bombarded with calls from people who need our services, which is less than ideal for both parties. I have no idea how this happened, but by using the person's postcode and Moz Local I was able to find a list of citations which have his address and phone number listed with our business name, which I assume is causing Google to rank his house for our business in local search . I was wondering how can I use Moz Local to delete these citations so that Google stops providing this person's address when you search for our business. Thanks for your help

Why can't Moz Local pull up my Bing local listing?
One of my listings on Moz Local has a Bing Local listing, but Moz Local can't locate it and suggests that I create one. The NAP is consistent. Is this something that occasionally occurs?

Google+ & Yelp Listings not recognized by Moz Local
I've been attempting to get a client's local listings all cleaned up using Moz Local. When I first did a scan, the Yelp listing was there but with an incorrect address. I uploaded all the data via CVS file successfully about a month ago. I logged into the claimed Yelp profile as the owner and made my adjustments. Now, the Moz Local tool says there is no Yelp listing and it's also reporting that there is no G+ page. Can anyone explain? Thanks!

My listings have shown 'Update in Progress" for over a month now. Any timeframe for how long this process takes?
I would appreciate more information as to how this process works and why my listings seems to be in 'update in progress' limbo. Thank you
