Site's IP showing WMT 'Links to My Site'

I have been going through, disavowing spam links in WMT and one of my biggest referral sources is our own IP address.
Site: Covers.com
IP: 208.68.0.72We have recently fixed a number of 302 redirects, but the number of links actually seems to be increasing. Is this something I should ignore / disavow / fix using a redirect?

Addendum to this story: it turns out that this was likely a malicious activity with an extremely similar IP address to ours so we might not notice. We have disavowed.

Good stuff. I will round up the nerds. It has been tough to troubleshoot since SEO has been neglected and I am worried I am seeing cascading problems.

That's weird. Isn't the IP for that domain: 208.68.72.102 with most of your other domains on the 208.68.72.### root? Maybe there's some sort of conflict from your A records subdirectories like experts.covers.com and spaces.covers.com... I'd lean towards using a more advanced crawler like Screaming Frog to uncover what's going on there, or work with your DNS admin as this could be connected to a lot more complicated issue than WMT would display.

Seems a bit of a strange approach to me.

Why are only PDFs on my client's site being indexed, and not actual pages?
My client has recently built a new site (we did not build this), which is a subdomain of their main site. The new site is: https://addstore.itelligencegroup.com/uk/en/. (Their main domain is: http://itelligencegroup.com/uk/) This new Addstore site has recently gone live (in the past week or so) and so far, Google appears to have indexed 56 pdf files that are on the site, but it hasn't indexed any of the actual web pages yet. I can't figure out why though. I've checked the robots.txt file for the site which appears to be fine: https://addstore.itelligencegroup.com/robots.txt. Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Correct linking to the /index of a site and subfolders: what's the best practice? link to: domain.com/ or domain.com/index.html ?

C) When I define the canonical ULR, should I also define it just: "http://domain.com/products/" or in this case I should link to the definite file: "http://domain.com/products**/index.php**" Is A) B) the best practice? and C) ? Is it good to have a few outbound links to good authority sites?
my site has less than 3 OBLs. (do follow) is it a good idea to give a couple do follow links to authoritative sites for domain authority purposes? thanks guys!

301ing 404's
Hey guys, I am currently in the process of redirecting some of my 404 pages to pages like my home page. Before I do that, I am assessing the link value of the 404 pages. My question is what do you do with the 404 pages which appear to have low quality links, do you really want to redirect them to an important page on your site? What should I do with these 404 pages? Really stuck guys. how do you earn links for an ecommerce site?
Hi seomoz guys So I read a lot on seomoz and other sites, and see a lot of info about earning links, but this all seems to be aimed at blogs and brochure sites. Being blunt, we sell stuff. Our competitors sell the same stuff. We are limited on what we can do product description content wise as our suppliers expect us to use the content they supply. We are now putting together q and a pages based on a great article in the seomoz blog. Does anyone have any great ideas for developing link bait or just getting links to an eCommerce site? We know our service is good, and our product is good, but that's not enough to convince someone to link to us. Help Thanks Paul

Mini site links?
Can anyone point me to information about the "mini" site links on the Google search results or tell me how to get them set up? These aren't the full site links that show 3 by 3 under the first listing but small text links that appear for certain results. (See attached image for reference.) Are these something that can controlled/requested? NAj6E.png
