How do I delete my account or cancel my trial?
-
Hi,
I want to delete my account and I cannot see an option for this within Billing.
Can someone help.
Thanks,
Lisa

The first two responses are typical of what I've seen on this cult--er, community.
Thanks to Keri for answering the question so I can cancel and get back to ahrefs.

Thanks Keri,
Fear not, I am not leaving SEOMoz, I have two accounts set up which I do not really need.

Hi Lisa,
You can cancel here https://moz.com/subscriptions
scroll down to below the plans and there's an option to cancel your Pro account. If it's not there for some reason, drop a note to help@moz.com and they'll help you out.
You can also read more about how to cancel your account on our Help Hub :]
Thanks, and sorry to hear you'd like to leave Pro. Feel free to PM me if I can be of help or if you'd like to offer suggestions on our service.

Rookie question re Moz Crawl errors after deleting a property from console.
Hi all, I stupidly removed the "http" url of my one website a few days back (it is one of three, the other two being the https), then re-added it around a day later and, while google console isn't reporting back any errors, Moz Crawl is going to town on this now for one critical "4xx" issues, canonicals and various other content issues that I addressed days previously...last Moz crawl performed an hour ago, url deleted and re-added two days ago. I have resubmitted a sitemap, will this smooth itself out or shall I go and make changes? Many thanks in advance.

What Does the SEO Moz Crawler Take Into account?
I'm working on a page that has links from some decent pages pointing to it, but a lot of them are low-value blog comments. So I'm pretty sure that its Page Authority is higher than it should be, compared to where it's ranking. Does SEO moz take the type of link into account? i.e. if it's a footer link, blog comment, or forum signature link; this should carry less weight than a link in the content of the page itself, as it does with Google.

Can we assign multiple admins and users with different role in one PRO account?
We wish to give different login details to authorized personnel without handing out the main account ownership login.
