Google Website title not showing correctly
-
Hi Im not sure what triggered this - Page title is showing up as 'Isagenix Australia' while it should be <title>Buy Isagenix with 30 Day money back guarantee & Free Shipping in June</title>
Previous title was 'Isagenix Australia - Read Isagenix reviews & buy isagenix products' but now it seems to have a mind of its own.
Any suggestions would be helpful

Sorry thought I had the url in there - www.isacleanse.com.au. In response to LSIversen - you are right it did start cutting off once i updated the description so will try remove a few words from the end of it!

I cannot know your exact case as you don't provide an URL, but I had a similar issue some weeks ago, which I have solved. For pages which are strongly internally linked in your site, Google usually shows the most common anchor text of your internal links pointing to that page, instead of the HTML title tag.
We changed the anchor text in our main menu and soon it changed on SERPs.
Could it be your case? Do you have that page linked as "Isagenix Australia" in your menu, footer or any other place in your site structure, or a lot of external links with that anchor?

Hi Sandi,
As Alick said, Google can sometimes choose to generate a different title or description if they feel it would fit better with the content. In this case it would probably help if you shortened your title, as it seems to be too long and will cut it off somewhere in the word "shipping" as it is right now.
I would also look into adding a meta description, since it's empty and just pulls random stuff from your website.

Hi Sandi,
Google doesn’t always use the HTML title tag of a web page, choosing instead to make its own title for a page, if it thinks it can do a better job.
Google's generation of page titles and descriptions (or "snippets") is completely automated and takes into account both the content of a page as well as references to it that appear on the web. The goal of the snippet and title is to best represent and describe each result and explain how it relates to the user's query.
To know more on this please watch this video @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3HX_8BAhB4
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Google Is Ranking the Wrong Page
Howdy Folks- I have a case where Google is ranking the wrong page for a couple of different keywords. The home page is: http://healthtn.com Most notably, we're trying to optimize the home page for "Tennessee Health Insurance" but the below page is what continually ranks for it, and does so very poorly. We used to be page two with the home page, now we are page four and it ranks the following page. http://healthtn.com/tennessee/health-insurance/student I have started directing our Internal Linking to reflect the correct anchor text but succeeded in losing ranking for the term, but am still ranking the wrong page. Any thoughts or help would be much appreciated!

Changing the Home Page Title
The following question is for an eCommerce site: We have a home page title that has been the same for a few years. I would like to keep the keywords that already exist, but move them into different positions based on seasonality. Format will be (company name) | (keywords). Current format (company name) - (keywords). Rest of the page titles onsite are formatted (keyword)/(product name) | (company name) I think having the same keywords, but in a different order wouldn't hurt us in the SERPs. What are your thoughts?

Title, other html tags not showing on onpage reports
Either something is seriously wrong with my website or seomoz is not analyzing my site correctly. When I view the source code for my site (www.myfavoritetoys.com) I clearly see elements such as page title, h1 tags etc. However, on the onpage reports seomoz says these elements are missing. I am not seeing any meaningful data in the reports because it isn't analyzing correctly. Please help!
