Hi Stephen

If the listing cancelled and is no longer in your dashboard, you will have to go through the purchasing process to resubmit the listing. If you previously submitted the data from a CSV file you can re-upload that.

Multiple Locations + Incomplete "Facebook" Listing

Hi! I am in charge of multiple listings for the same business because they have many offices throughout the US. Upon submitting these different locations on Moz Local, I have now run into an issue where all of the listings are not registering their correct Facebook page. On Facebook I have created separate pages for each location (using their location manager tool), but I am unsure on how to connect this to Moz. I have tried submitting the URL of the Facebook page in the "Advanced" tab in the "edit" area, but this does not seem to solve the problem. Any idea on why this is happening, and if there is an easy fix? Thanks everyone!

How do I claim a YP listing with the wrong number listed?

I have a listing in Moz Local associated with a YP listing. Most items on the listing are correct but the number listed is not one of our numbers. When I try to claim the listing they want to call the number listed and give them a code. Of course we can't answer the phone because it doesn't ring on our end. How do I either change the number or claim the listing in another way?

Paused listing in Moz local UK

My listing for Kenwood Hall was paused and after waiting almost a week I'm not sure how to get it unpaused. What are the listings (citations) when you use Moz Local?

How do I find what the actual listings are when using Moz Local? I want to add more citations for my clients and don't want to create duplicates. _There are five main aggregators of location data that send information to local search engines: Infogroup, Neustar Localeze, Acxiom, and Factual and Foursquare. Is the info we are giving in Moz Local_* In the Dashboard...it show that "35 listings reach". but what are the actual listings? Do I need to use Whitespark to see what the actual listings are? Currently right now, I can only see like 18 listings. Any insight? Regards, Benny

Does purchasing a Moz Local listing allow you to report old incorrect addresses?

I know this is pretty basic, but I've had trouble finding a way to report old, incorrect addresses. It almost seems like they want you to purchase a second listing to claim that one. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Tom

Not able to validate my listings in Moz Local.

Hi Team, I have recently updated my location listings in Moz Local and I could not able to validate those listings & move it to "ready to publish" section. Also, I have all the listings that are perfect & verified in Google business but Moz Local could not retrieve my listings from Google and not allowing me to validate it. My listings have shown 'Update in Progress" for over a month now. Any timeframe for how long this process takes?

I would appreciate more information as to how this process works and why my listings seems to be in 'update in progress' limbo. Thank you
