Question regarding very unique SERP -

Hi guys,
I have been brainstorming regarding a very unique SERP that i figured out while navigating search, the serp looks some thing like this http://postimg.org/image/phkol0d97/. i checked the site in structured testing tool but the only thing that i found is some PMR meta tags nothing except that.
Can any one help me understand this and i would be more helpful if some one can guide me for the same.

Yeah, this one's a bit tricky. These are snippets Google is creating from on-page search results. To the best of my knowledge, this particular style of snippet is not based on any particular markup. Google is extracting it from source-code structure (like tables and CSS elements).
If you don't have these and want them, all I can really suggest is clean HTML/CSS. Why and how they do this, exactly, is still a bit of a mystery.
If you have these and don't want them, you're kind of out of luck. The only options are blocking snippets completely or trying to essentially make your source code so awful Google stops doing it, and the side effects of that are a lot worse than an undesired snippet format, IMO.

This definitely looks like it is being guided by Markup. However, don't underestimate Google's ability to find a structure it likes and deliver that in the SERP results.
Without investigating fully, it is a little difficult to say exactly what is driving this.

A few sitemap questions
1. When I do a sitemap through a generator, it lists some of my URLs twice, with and without the last slash. Ex: <url><loc>http://www.howlatthemoon.com/locations/location-hollywood</loc><lastmod>2013-11-25T16:12:50+00:00</lastmod><changefreq>daily</changefreq><priority>0.9</priority></url> <url><loc>http://www.howlatthemoon.com/locations/location-hollywood/</loc><lastmod>2013-11-25T16:14:27+00:00</lastmod><changefreq>daily</changefreq><priority>0.69</priority></url> Should I remove one of these or leave it? 2. What is the importance of lastmod? I've read that if you have a lastmod listed, Google won't recrawl until a new time/date is up? 3. This goes along with lastmod, but is changefreq important? Can it hurt me at all?

Domain Name History Question
Hi, When launching a new domain, do you think Google holds these back in the rankings for a certain time period? I have noticed with a few, the rankings are held back for a few months (10 page deep results when the site's first indexed and ranked), then almost like a switch rankings start to come through pretty aggressively in some cases. For example: a result could be on page 16 for a month or so, then all of a sudden jump through to page 6 (with no link building or site update), at this point the result would stay steady and would need work to push through. Anyone else get this, or does anyone have any insight about domain history and Google. Cheers

Rich Snippets stopped showing up in SERPS
Up until a few weeks ago my testimonial review ratings (5 star rating system) were showing up in search results but they no longer do. Went to the google rich snippet testing tool and they still do there just not on the real search results. Any thoughts on why? Perhaps an algorithm change?

Sub-Links of Organic SERP
I would like to know if you can modify (or suggest) the sub-links under an organic listing. For Example: Main Link/Title = COMPANY NAME - What We Do.... Sub-Links (popular pages within site) currently include links like: Locations / Catalog Request / Bestsellers Is it possible to suggest other pages as sub-links or do the search engines determine these? Title of home page is changed to domain name in SERPs
Hi, We have a unique problem, we are getting a totally different title in Google serps for a large site. When we search with domain name with space in google.com. We are getting title as domain name with space. We don't have any Open Directory listing. We don't have any cannonical issues and other pages with title as domain name. Google changing the casing in SERPs of our domain name in Title tag!
I've added NOODP and NOYDIR metas to our pages... but Google is still somehow showing the correct title tag that is on the page, but is changing the CASING of the | Domain.com portion. In some instances, they are still showing a different title tag all together.
