1. "New Users"
2. "User"

I think this sums it up nicely...

Users
Users that have had at least one session within the selected date range.

New Users
The number of first-time users during the selected date range.

We setup a new Google Analytics account for the new domain but the old one is still there

Hi, Our company has changed their domain almost a year ago and after the migration, they created a new Google Analytics account rather than changing the address on the existing GA account. Now I can still see that Google indexing the old domain. Just wanted to ask if we can still tell Google that we've changed the domain on the old one? Or, should we just go ahead and use the new one and delete the old one? Very confusing, but our traffic is constantly dropping although we rank for on the first page for tracked keywords, just want to understand if there is a connection between the organic traffic droppings and not telling Google we've changed the domain. Is It Possible to have Cross Domain Tracking on Two Different Accounts?

Good afternoon to all, I have this kind of dilemma regarding setting up tracking code on two different accounts, namely bioglass.com with GA Code UA-12345678-1 where all the product information has been listed and shopbioglass.com with GA Code UA-87654321-1 where the prices are located and transaction takes place. Both of them are connected since if you click the buy button on bioglass.com for a specific product, it will automatically redirect to shopbioglass.com where the prices and transactions comes into place. Dilemma: I want to check how many conversion took place from bioglass.com to shopbioglass.com. I know they have different GA Code but is it possible for me to have a cross domain tracking for this?? What are the possible remedies if not? Thanks to all 🙂

Why do I have differences in my User Flow Report?

On the user flow report I am showing a first interaction of /category as my second highest starting page. If I click group details it shows some of my different categories. However, at the bottom of the user flow report it has some of the category pages out as individual categories. Why is this? And how do I force it to show all category pages together like it does with my /item pages?

What is the difference between "Organic Traffic" and the "Non-Paid Search Traffic" default segment in Google Analytics?

These two filtering options ("organic traffic" in the left sidebar and "non-paid search traffic" in the advanced segments) give me slightly different numbers. Any idea why this would be the case?
