Moz campaign for a subdomain with no home page

Hello all,
I'm trying to setup a campaign in Moz for one of our subdomains that we use for marketing landing pages. Unfortunately there really is no home/landing page for the subdomain so when I enter it into the campaign settings it says the site isn't accessible.
Is there anyway for me to add this? I tried entering the subdomain with a star, e.g. pages.mydomain.com but it would not accept it.
Any ideas?

Hi Brandon! Sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up your campaign.
There are a number of reasons the subdomain in question might be inaccessible. It's possible the crawler is being blocked on a server level, or that AWS is blocked, or that the page is returning another sort of server/client error. We're happy to help diagnose this if you write into help@moz.com with details about the specific domain you're trying to enter!

The Moz robot needs to find the pages somehow and it only crawls HTML links. Wildcards won't work because we can't expect the robot to guess every single character after the /
Can you create a sitemap homepage, which lists all pages?
If it can't be done then your best crawling tool is something like Screaming Frog, where you can submit the URLs manually.

Hello, I work for an online retailer and I have been using Moz for a few weeks now but have had limited success so I wanted to ask how I could better spend my time on this platform. I have been focusing heavily on the Page Optimization tool which has allowed me to rank high on the Google Shopping's Free Listings but it seems to have had little to no impact on the Google All search itself over those weeks. Perhaps I'm not utilizing it properly? I tend to focus on relevant keywords with high volume as identified by the Keyword Explorer tool. Alternatively, is there a Moz tool that might be more helpful? Got a problem in using MOZ Crawl test

Moz health check for newbies
Hi I'm on the free trial, I'm finding it really useful. since I was 16 (16years ago) all I've done is cook. After 3 weeks of Moz I feel like I'm or the way to marketing my business instead of having others tell me how to do it. A while back I used to use SEO freelancers to buff my site, but recently I realized that I was not doing enough to promote my business myself, I was trying to pay others to do it for me. I goggled Soe and marketing, of course I found Moz while doing so! The content is exceptional and really goes in depth and we are now coming up with a new content strategy! The problem is that I have this gut feeling that The moz product is worth the money it asks for as I can easily identify the issues or opportunities my site has, I still feel that I lack the competence to use moz to its full potential! Is there an option to have someone skpe me and give me some tips or in sites with in my own campaign? I've spent a lot of time reading the blog content and watching the videos but this all seams to focus on how to get results but not so much on how to use the Moz console/dashboard. I've probably just missed a hole bunch of content but if not do Moz have and option to help set up your Moz analytic and Research so you can get the most relevant info to you?
