Keyword explorer and Scandinavia

Hi, congrats on launching keyword explorer!
Is the data primarily focused on the US and other larger markets, I see that for the keywords I put in I'm not getting any volume data? When can we expect this to change?
Best regards,
Anders

Hi Anders - totally not your fault; it's ours. We have volume data that's US-centric currently, and don't have data for Norway (or other countries) yet. We're working first on UK, Canada, and Australia, and then will try to get other countries' search volume data, too.
Apologies for that - in the meantime, my suggestion is to use AdWords KW Planner data for volume and select the specific country.

Hi Kristina, thank you for your reply.
I of course selected Norway from the drop-down.
I guess I did a bad job at explaining the issue. Here I go:
I believe the problem lies in the algorithm, when I type in words I know are the most searched after in Norway I get 0-10 as a volume score. I therefore wonder if the algorithm is weighted correctly, since Norway only has 5 million people it's logical that we can't be using the same search volume scales as the US. But to me it seems that this is the case, and that you guys should improve on this so that I can get realistic volume results based on the search market size.
Does this clarify? I guess this could almost could be tagged as a feature request, but I know you guys are brilliant so I thought you would have thought of this already.

Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. Thanks so much - we really hope you're enjoying the tool!
In the Keyword Explorer search box, you have the option of choosing the country in the drop down box next to the search box. Here is a screenshot of the field I'm referring to: http://screencast.com/t/4hU9IurJVw
Does changing this field based on the country you're interested in help at all?
Thank you,
-Kristina

On-Page Grader giving wrong results for missing keyword in image Alt Attribute
I'm trying to optimize for the Keyword "River City Apartments" on this page: https://3fconstruction.net/case-studies/river-city-apartments-chicago-condo-deconversion-renovation/ When I use On-Page Grader to see how I'm doing it's telling me I'm missing the Keyword in the Image Alt Attribute. However, it's clearly in there. <strong>River City Apartments Aerial</strong> What am I missing?

Keyword Count Incorrect In On Page Grader
Hi, I have found that on one site I am working on seems to have issues when i run it through the on page grader. The problem is that it is saying I am showing the main keyword 24 times in the body, but actually it is 12 times. Could there be a problem on the website that is showing something I cant see, or is this a known issue. Thanks

Does Organic CTR from Keyword Explorer show percentage of 1st position clicks? If not, how to calculate?
I have two questions about the Organic CTR number from the Moz Keyword Explorer tool. I have read through the description here, but it is not very clear on what I need to know: https://moz.com/community/q/what-is-a-good-keyword-opportunity-score Does it calculate the percent of searchers that are likely to click on ANY of links from page one of the traditional organic search results? Or does it calculate the percent of searchers that are likely to click on the NUMBER 1 position of the traditional organic search results? I suspect the answer will be that it calculates the percentage of clicks for any of the traditional organic search results from page one. Which leads me to question two... I'm trying to calculate the estimated search traffic from each keyword if there was a number 1 ranking. And if the Organic CTR shows the percentage of clicks going to any of the traditional organic search results I need to add a modifier to my formula which will calculate how many clicks the number 1 ranking receives. So I think the formula would will look something like this: Monthly website traffic from keyword = monthly search traffic * Organic CTR * Number 1 Position CTR. In this case, what would I use for the "Number 1 Position CTR" modifier?

New video section within keyword research
I notice there is a new section to the top left of the search page referring to videos. What's this? Is it to research our own video performance? If so, how do I use it?

Bulk keyword upload feature for Rank Tracker?
Is there a quick way to bulk upload a bunch of keywords to Rank Tracker without having to add one at a time? Also, once I get them in there, will they be there each day? Thanks!
