In addition to Mark, External links are those links are pointing out from your site to other domain, subdomain or page.

Hi,
External links are links where the user goes to another domain.
For www.dare2b.com I see that there is a subdomain for language: http://www.en.dare2b.com/
Google sees subdomains as a new domain, so this will likely explain the high number of external links here.See this article from Moz for more info about external links: https://moz.com/learn/seo/external-link

Outbound 404 Links
My blog goes back to 2005 and occasionally I find outbound links on old posts that now generate a 404 error. Is there a Moz tool that can find and report on such errors? If not, are there other tools you can recommend?

Links between my two sites
I have a branded site (corporate site) that has links to my blog site. I am trying to locate all the links between the two. Most importantly from the BRANDED site to my BLOG. I've tried the inbound link but it shows I have none. What or how am I searching wrong?

Links and images in custom css are not recognised by Moz Toolbar or Yoast plugin
Hi, I am building a website in Wordpress and when checking the pages through Moz toolbar or Yoast plugin, I notice that these don't recognise the internal links in custom CSS and the images neither. Here some code to clarify how it is built: [vc_row][vc_column width="1/2"][ultimate_heading main_heading="Veldrijden" alignment="left" main_heading_margin="margin-bottom:20px;"][/ultimate_heading][vc_single_image image="6497" img_size="full" onclick="custom_link" link="http://k488239.hosting.kinamo.be/activiteiten/veldrijden/"][vc_btn title="Meer info" color="mulled-wine" align="left" link="url:http%3A%2F%2Fk488239.hosting.kinamo.be%2Factiviteiten%2Fveldrijden%2F|||"][/vc_column] The links are embedded in images and in 'More info' buttons. Also the internal links in the main website navigation are not recognised, but the normal a href links are recognised. For the images it is a little different: the alt text from the images gets recognised by Moz, but Yoast says there are no images on the page. The only thing I can think of that there is no 'a href' in the links and for the images that it has something to do with the page builder. Can this effect my SEO results? Thanks.

Cannot crawl website with redirect intalled on subdomain url
Hi! I want to crawl this website : http://www.car-moderne.ch. I tried a got back the crawl just for that one url (not for all the pages of the website). This single line cvs says that the status of the http://www.car-moderne.ch is 200, but in fact it is a redirect 301 to http://www.car-moderne.ch/fr where the live home page is (actually the Moz bar sees the 301, not the 200 as the single-lined crawl does). How can I proceed in this case (a 301 redirect being installed on the subdomain url) to still be able to have a full-fledged juicy cvs with all the broken links, duplicate content, etc. Thank you for your help! Moz reporting reliable?
I have been working with our MIS department on addressing our errors on duplicate content and titles caused by parameter URLs. MIS insists that they have solved the problem with canonical tags, which are in place. They said they were getting warnings from Google and Bing, but that after they put the canonical tags in place, those went away. They are questioning the Moz reports, suggesting that I instead rely on SEO Toolit by Microsoft. (As an aside, we are using SharePoint 2010, crossing our fingers for an upgrade to 2013, which presumably will make a lot of the issues we’re having go away). So my questions are: 1) Why are these Moz reports reporting all of these errors that have supposedly been rectified (in 2011)? Do I disregard the duplicate content/title errors on the Moz report and defer to SEO Toolkit, as MIS suggests?
