Error Code 902 & 403

Several thousand of these popped up on my Crawl Report and the links appear to be searches, i.e. below
I don't want Moz, let alone Google finding this kind of nonsensical link but I don't exactly know what the problem is or how to fix it. Am I right in thinking these are pages people have searched for? Can anyone shed light on this please?

As for 902 errors, it seems that your server is blocking the Moz crawler as an activity that it doesn't recognize. You should contact your hosting provider to get a solution. You can read a similar answer here

Unsolved How does Moz compile the "Important pages on your site are returning a 4xx error!" report?
I have over 200 links in this report (mostly from a staging site). I have deleted that staging site and I cannot find the reference to the other links. So my question is, where is Moz finding these links?

New Website & DA Score
We are preparing to build a new website for a branch of our company. According to Neil Patel (whom I highly respect) our DA should come in around 30 (categorizing us as a startup, see chart below). So I ask: Why do our current sites DA Score below 30? (20 & 29 respectively) Our sites were redesigned in 2013 and are responsive, pass the Google Mobile Friendly test and I've improved load speed by over 25% by compressing images. I have used Moz as guidance for 10 months on both 7 + yo sites, HP.com is 14 yo, our pages score in the high 90's and I have disavowed bad backlinks for 6 months (now only every other month). I thought we would be in or close to the 50 range by 2017 after a solid year of improvements, but I don't see that happening. Our scores go up a point or two, then back down, we have floundered 2 points either way for 10 months. Most important question: What do I do now to raise our DA? Lastly, my plan is to take all the lessons learned from the past years and apply it to the new site, measure the success and then redesign the other two sites in accordance to the new model. Hi There, 1- Does MoZ provide the data on “which keyword searchers are searching in a particular market”, so that I can make a better decision regarding my own keywords?If MoZ does not do this what other best tool is out there in market for this particular purpose? 2- Suppose I decide some keywords for my site and start doing optimization for them. "Does MoZ tell me “how much traffic my those keywords are receiving with the passage of time”. If MoZ does not do this what other best tool is out there in market for this particular purpose? 3- Does Moz give "data on competitors keyword activity also"? 301 Redirect & Canonical Tags
If I have URL A and need to 301 Redirect to URL B but want to have a canonical tag on URL B pointing to URL A Would this be considered cloaking? My server which runs .net 3.5 does not allow me to do URL re-writes.

Error 403
I'm getting this message "We were unable to grade that page. We received a response code of 403. URL content not parseable" when using the On-Page Report Card. Does anyone know how to go about fixing this? I feel like I've tried everything.

Would an SEOmoz Q & A feed be useful?
I don't see a Q & A feed subscribe button. Am I missing it? Seems to me that being able to receive updates when new questions are posted would be useful.
