Localeze
-
Hi!
For my client, Alpha Paving Industries, LLC, Localeze shows inconsistency and a missing website. I get on the account and when I tried to add the website I get a code. Send an email to Localeze and looks like they want us to pay business listing for $297.00 per year.
What are I doing wrong here?
Thank You!

As of 2013 Localeze is requiring everyone to pay the $297 to add/update their listing. Phil Rozek documented it. I'd recommend reading his post. http://www.localvisibilitysystem.com/2013/04/17/rip-localeze-free-business-listings/

Unsolved Multiple Locations for One Client on Moz Local
Hello, I have a client that I want to do local SEO for. They have two locations, both cities in Tennessee. To do this, would I just start two separate locations in Moz Local? Or would that cause a problem, making them look like separate "entities" in directories?

Unsolved can I set up a white-labeled version of Moz local
I am wondering if Moz Pro account users have the option to set up a white-labeled version of the Moz Local Listings Checker? And if so, how? It would be an excellent tool to entice customers to sign up for our services.

Unsolved How long do you tell your SEO customers to wait before they start to see actual results from their SEO?
So, this is probably one of the most challenging questions for SEO agencies likes ours to answer. That is how long does it take for a business to see an increase in sales, because of the business investing in organic or local SEO. It ultimately comes down to how competitive the business sector is, we do know that. We are just wondering what various SEO companies tell their clients. Is it for example, they have to wait a minimum of six months of paying for SEO, before they can get the business on page one of Google? Or, instead, do you carry out an SEO audit at the start, and then make an estimate for how long it will take to get the business on page one of Google?

If I "close" a duplicate listing on Factual, Acxiom, SuperPages, Bing or Localeze, what exactly happens?
When I click "close" for a duplicate location with wrong information, does it mark that location as PERMANENTLY CLOSED on the website (factual, acxiom, etc), or does it delete it from that website? Additionally, once that location on that site is marked as permanently closed or deleted, does Moz Local then re-add the correct information to that site? Thanks!!!

Localeze Managed by Someone Else
Localeze was managed by someone else... After a phone call I had them "release" the business and they mentioned Moz Local should be good to go now. Anything to resubmit so Localeze is updated with the new Moz Local info?

Localeze Duplicates
I'm trying to resolve a localeze duplicate but the link provided errors out with a 500 error when you get to localeze. Is anyone else seeing this issue. I was really hoping Moz Local would help there, because of the one edit a year localeze policy if you don't have some form of account.
