Mazbar returns no data. I am loged in but tool bar keeps asking me to login. No data provided by toolbar...pleas help

I have installed the moz toobar. I have signed up for free pro account which expires march 7th 2017. The toolbar is installed and visible. However only the bar that ask you to create an account or sign in. I am signed in. Toolbar
does not recognize that I am sighned in and so does not return and data for the search results.
Please help.

This seems to be a common issue with the Moz bar. Are you still experiencing the same problem? If so, I suggest reaching out to Moz support: https://moz.com/about/contact

I'm so sorry about this! There's currently an outage affecting all areas of our tools that use or contain link data, including Open Site Explorer, MozBar and Keyword Explorer.
We are working to get things up and running again but we don't currently have an estimated timeframe for this. Subscribe to this issue in the Moz Health Page to receive automatic updates on a resolution.

Why does the moz bar link count differ from the moz link analysis page
Hi all, Why does the Moz Bar show a different link count from the Moz link analysis page? For example, when I check the SERP below, for the first result, the bar shows 936 page links from 4 RDs. But when I check out the link analysis page, it tells me there are just 141 page links from 4 RDs. What gives? For the second entry, the bar shows 6 page links from 0 RDs. Not sure how that's possible. Can anyone explain these things. Thanks! How to authenticate Moz crawler so that others don't use Rogerbot useragent to scrape data from our site?
Is there any way to authenticate genuine Moz crawler. Because, our website keeps getting scrapping attacks and if there is no way to authenticate Moz crawler, then, any scraper can just set user agent as Rogerbot and scrape all our pages. Is there a fixed IP that can be used or any other customization that will help us authenticate and allow only Moz crawler to crawl our site. Looking forward to a solution to this problem. We haven't been able to use Moz crawler due to this issue.

I am having trouble using tools. Please help.
Hi, I have been using Moz tools like keyword, site explorere. And the results have all these big words in the column that confuse me. In other words, I don't know how to translate the results and understand what the results mean. Is there an easy guide on how to use the tools. Also, once I understand the results, Is there a way to come up with rough estimate on what it takes to rank my site for certain keywords. Is there a step by step or easy guide to become productive after using those tools? I have been through introductory videos and read some material like beginning SEO etc. But having hard time using the tool? Is it just me and every one is blazing with Moz tool?

Twitter Data Not Appearing in Tool or Reports
I have added our Twitter account and our Facebook account to our campaign. The Facebook data appears in our reports. However, the Twitter data does not. I have check to confirm that our account is connected, and it appears that it is. It has been connected for about a week, and we're still not seeing any data.
