Hello! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here.
Here is how you can cancel your Moz Local listing in 4 steps:
- Head to your Moz Local dashboard and click the "Subscriptions" tab on the side nav bar https://moz.com/local/bulk/managed/subscriptions
- Click on the subscription level your listing is under
- In the Options dropdown to the right of your listing, hit “Cancel Listing”
- Click "Confirm cancellation" to cancel the listing
If you change your mind, click "Keep my listing" to go back without taking any action.
Here's a helpful video walkthrough: https://seomoz.wistia.com/medias/wnytti9jbm
Please Note: Moz Local listing cancellations are immediate and irreversible. Cancelled listings cannot be recovered.
If you'd prefer to just disable the auto-renewal on the listings instead of cancelling, you would want to choose the "Disable Renewal" option from the same dropdown menu mentioned above instead.
I hope this helps but please let us know if there's more we can assist with!

Why are only two pages of my site being crawled by MOZ?
MOZ is only crawling two pages of my site even though there are links on the homepage, and the robot.txt file allows for crawling. Our site address is www.hrparts.com.

Hi, As the title states, I forgot to cancel our subscription before the trial expired and was charged USD 159.00. The product isn't a good fit for us at the moment. Will look at in the future again. Thanks J

I plan to have multiple sites/compaigns. My Question: Is there a way to set up a limited account that one client would be able to view just their campaign?
I don't want a client to be able to see all of our other campaigns, just theirs. Is there a way to set this up?

How do you keep your SEOMOZ Status when you go from one agency to another?
If you work for an Agency and build a strong profile here at SEOMOZ, what happens if I leave and get a new opportunity but my profile is tied to my last business? How do I transfer all the hard work I've done being involved and gaining those super awesome MOZPOINTS to my new spot? The old agency can just swoop in and the new guy will benefit from my work in the community. Is there anyway to safeguard your name.
