Is there any way to automatically filter negative keywords out of Keyword Explorer results?
-
I use Keyword Explorer a LOT for fleshing out new campaigns. However, the results I get frequently contain queries with words that are in my negative keyword lists. Today, I solve this with export and some Excel wizardry but keep thinking how convenient it would be if there was a way to provide a list upfront of negative keywords and get pre-scrubbed results. Does this exist?
If not, how can I escalate this as a feature request?

For a feature request
Send an email to the great folks at help@moz.com for help with future requests. In fact, if I bring up the need for a wonderful Moz associate they may just reply to you right here.
I think There are two simple ways to do it.
Create a new negative only keyword list of Brod Mach terms on Moz
Their ability to create separate Lists makes this easy you
if know enough about what he's going to be a negative keyword
In some cases you want to set on similarity on zero in other cases you want similarity mid-low & high.
There are SEM tools from Spyfu, WordStream & SEMRush that tries to create negative's keywords based on your AdWords keywords.
I have to say that Moz "Keyword Explorer" Is an amazing tool https://moz.com/explorer and will be able to find similar results.
hope that helps,
Tom

Should keywords found in a keyword tool (eg. Keyword explorer) be implemented on a page in the exact order?
Hi guys, I have a question about adding keywords found directly from a keyword tool onto a webpage. I see a keyword opportunity from Moz's Keyword Explorer, for example, "dog giardia treatment natural" and was wondering if it should be worked into the page exactly in that order? For example, I've modified the question on the page to now read "Are there any other dog Giardia treatments that are natural?" Is this good practice? Should it be exactly in the order of the keyword found in the tool? Is what I've done too spammy? Appreciate any help! Thanks

Keyword Explorer is Now Live; Ask Me Anything About It!
Howdy gang - as you probably saw, we launched our biggest new tool in Pro in many years today: https://moz.com/explorer If you're a Moz Pro subscriber, you've already got access. We went ahead and gave folks who were at $99/month before today 300 queries/month. If you're signing up new, $99/month doesn't have KW Explorer access, but the other levels - at $149/month and above, do (5,000+ queries/month). You can read the blog post here for lots of details, but if you have questions or product suggestions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Clarify "broad keyword usage in page title"
Hello Page grader has two different grades for page title that I want clarification on. There is "Broad Keyword Usage in Page Title" and "Exact Keyword Usage in Page Title". Googling around about and searching here I have found that "broad" seems to mean the keywords should be used throughout the page, rather than just in the title and header. Which makes sense as this is a kind of check to ensure the page IS about the keywords and not something unrelated. But what is meant by "broad" usage in the page title? This refers specifically to the page title and not the whole document. My best guess got me to this, given the keyword "Visit London Today"; "Come and visit London today" - exact match only "London - visit today" - broad match only "Visit London the city of dreams | visit London today" - matches both That could be complete nonsense, but basically is broad usage the use of keywords scattered in the page title? Thanks.
