Does a similar article title bring negative impact to seo?
-
I am wondering if a similar article title may bring negative impact to seo, such as:
1. The benefits of eating potatoes
2. The benefits of eating tomatoes
2. The benefits of eating apples.
Any idea? Thanks.

Don't be so sure Sean, they can be really tasty together:

I think you're good to go so long as you don't mix all three together... I don't think Potatoes, Tomatoes, and Apples would taste very good as a trio

Hi tangjianghuan,
I personally don't think it can have a negative impact to SEO because you are talking about really different things. The benefits from eating potatoes and the benefits of eating apples are quite different, and this difference will be reflected on each of this articles, so if you have original and interesting content for each of them, you should not worry about the similarity of the title.
In fact, I've seen websites that work well on Google of this kind:
thebenefitsofeating.com (with pages for the benefits of eating each type of aliment)
With this pages, you are saying to Google that the topic of your website is "benefits of eating different aliments", and if you are always talking about vegetables and fruits the topic would be "benefits of eating vegetables and fruits" (a more specific topic and easier to rank with), and you are increasing the topic relevancy of your website for each article about "benefits of eating differentes aliments" or "benefits of eating vegetables and fruits", whichever is your case.
Hope that helps

SVG image files causing multiple title tags on page - SEO issue?
Does anyone have any experience with SVG image files and on-page SEO? A client is using them and it seems they use the title tag in the same way a regular image (JPG/PNG) would use an image ALT tag. I'm concerned that search engines will see the multiple title tags on the page and that this will cause SEO issues. Regular crawlers like Moz flag it as a second title tag, however it's outside the header and in a SVG wrap so the crawlers really should understand that this is a SVG title rather than a second page title. But is this the case? If anyone has experience with this, I'd love to hear about it.

Should stop words be used in titles? I'm aiming for natural title structure.
I have fully optimized on-page SEO for the following keyword (not really the one I use, but it can serve as an example): -personal driver in los angeles Even though "in" is a stop word, I prefer to have a natural (non-robotic) structure for the title - I do this by including "in". I believe that "personal driver los angeles" is too spammy and too robotic. Is this a good or a bad thing?

Footer and SEO
Hi All... We have a client who wants to really minimize and simply their website. They want to remove some of the footer info. Obviously we do not want to remove any contact or address but they would like to remove the footer menu system. I have read various things about it NOT effecting SEO and that it is there for user navigation and usability. Thoughts? Opinions? zach

Optimize Page Title - Advice
I am currently going through my site and re-doing the page titles to try and optimize each specific product's page. I know that having the part number as the first piece of text in the title is the best practice. My question is, if i add a bunch of terms to the title, after the part number, is that taking away from the important part (the product number)? For example, my product is Audi A4. The term i want to optimize for is Audi A4. Which would be the better title for ranking purposes? A) Audi A4 | Automobile or B) Audi A4 | Automobile | 4 Cylinder | Made in Germany Thanks for the advice!
