Hey Jake,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
You can now add and manage your keywords directly from the Rankings tab within your Campaign! If you scroll down to the "Tracked Keywords Overview, you will see the options to add, label, delete and select locations.
You can also add Keywords from Keyword Explorer to your Moz Pro campaign by first adding them to a Keyword List (on Medium subscription plans & above) and then adding to your existing Campaign.
You can read more about this process in our guide here.

Getting Started: Multiple Campaigns VS Single Campaign
I'm new to Moz and am trying to determine whether to create multiple campaigns broken out into product categories or a single campaign and label keywords by product category. I figure the majority of the folks in the Moz Community are in agency space, so most probably prefer a single campaign per client. We're an in-house marketing team so we have the ability to track up to 10 campaigns but only need to track a single website. I like the idea of having the different campaigns for different product categories, but I don't want to make things overly complex either. Just because you can do something doesn't necessarily mean you should.

Keyword Research
I am coming from SERPIQ and Raventools and they both seem to have something that Moz Analytics does not have. I can type in a keyword in either of them and it will deliver up relevant keywords and the search volume for them. Also I can enter a url and get all the keywords that a page is ranking for. Are these just things that are missing from Moz Analytics or am I missing something? They are both really important features to me.
