How Often Can I Change My Meta Titles? (Product Discounts)

Hello,
I have an ecommerce website. Due to discounts and sales on most of my products, the discount rates change very often. Some products have %10 discounts for 3 days and then same products might have %50 discounts for another 5 days.
I would like to show these product specific discounts on Meta Titles and Descriptions dynamically. My system will automatically update the Meta Titles once the discount on a product changes.
My question is, how often can I change the Meta Titles? Is changing them (only discount rates = 1word) too often bad for my SEO? What is Goolge's approach on this?

Yes, Frequently changed title is not good for Customer and Crawler. As it will result in conflict of interest as cumstomer may see 25% and when it lands on your page it says 10% which is wrong and might you end up with high bounce rate.

According me, You should not use exact or range as discount in title. You can use discount related keyword in title like this -
Buy Zula Deste at Discounted Price | Cheapest Prices | gamesatış
OR
Buy Zula Deste with High Discount | Cheapest Prices | gamesatış
OR
Buy Zula Deste | High Discount | Best Price | Gamesatış
OR
What ever you like.and You can write exact discount here - Check image

Thank you for your answer. So basically you are saying that It's a bad idea to change titles often?
I thought about using range but that increases the characters in Title a lot and since the product names are already long, I can't fit all that inside 60-65 characters. (However, my competitors are not really caring for title lengths and they still perform good)

I think you should use range in title rather than exact number.

Updated Title Tag preference
Hi, This was a topic a couple years ago https://moz.com/community/q/title-tag-use-comma-pipe-or-colon I was wondering if there was any update on this as the consensus on this thread seemed to say using a pipe as a separator is best, but in Moz's title tag recommendations it has hyphen and pipe Primary Keyword - Secondary Keyword | Brand Name Does anyone know if using a pipe | between the primary keyword and secondary has adverse effects? Also, does removing the brand name for the sake of length hurt you in any way? Thanks for the help!

Can you have an SSL cert but still have http?
I was under the impression that if you got an SSL cert for your site that the site would change to https. I ran this site: http://thekinigroup.com/ through an SSL checker and it said it had one...but it's http. 1. Why didn't it change to https? Is there an extra step there that needs to be done? 2. Is there a reason someone would choose to get an SSL cert, but not have https? Thanks, Ruben

Delete or re-submit sitemaps for new products? How often?
When I add new products (approx. 10 a month), I usually delete the old sitemap and submit a new one. Is this ok to do, or should I just re-submit it with the new info included? Also, is once a month too much?

How many links can i do in a day
Hi, I built a niche site yesterday, the domain was 1 week old. What is the safest way to do link building? I.e How many links should i do in order to be in safe? So far, i've concentrated on building my social profile. Like getting as many retweets as possible. Slowly getting facebook likes and added few youtube videos with my link in it. Now i am on to link building. I will only do legit link building methods. Currently i am gonna get 2 press releases. But can you tell me no. of links i must get in a day. Change of domain name?
Hello, We are currently developing a new site for an existing online clothing retailer. The existing site is on a .co.uk domain, however we are targeting a global market and wondered whether we could/should launch the new site under a .com address and whether this would be beneficial? Duplicate Page Content and Titles
A few weeks ago my error count went up for Duplicate Page Content and Titles. 4 errors in all. A week later the errors were gone... But now they are back. Using alt-codes such as ? in META title / description
Noticed a search result recently that really caught my eye and certainly stood out among the other 10 results on the page, the META description contained the following snippet: "Learn more about our ★★★★★ rated service..." Any opinions on how using such alt-chars might effect search positioning when used in either the title or description META tags? The starts certainly looked very different to anything else on the page... The claim of 5 star rated service was pretty much accurate so it was genuine and fair to use it...
