I would strongly consider looking at the liquid code inside of your team as well as simply rebuilding the page. Also when you doing shall provide a search engine optimization you don't want to have a duplicate of the content of your collection inside of your product content.
I don't think it should be too hard to replace the missing page and use the same URL. You may also redirect that URL to your new product page. To find the redirects simply going to navigation and look on the upper left-hand corner and you will see redirects.
You see have you have a collection and a product in the same URL normally that is not a good thing but it does mean that there is a duplicate, unfortunately, checking I could not find a straight product page for That product.
One thing I would strongly recommend no matter what version of Shopify you are running is using a backup tool like rewind
there are other backup tools this is just the one I prefer if you type in backups into Shopify apps you will see what I mean
https://apps.shopify.com/backup having a backup Can be a real lifesaver it should be built-in but unfortunately, it's not.
Lastly, this is a great article on Shopify SEO for my good friends at go Fish I would recommend reading it as it goes in deeper than what I had about the issues with having collections and products inside the same URL.

Let me know if I can be of any help,

404 Errors for Form Generated Pages - No index, no follow or 301 redirect
Hi there I wonder if someone can help me out and provide the best solution for a problem with form generated pages. I have blocked the search results pages from being indexed by using the 'no index' tag, and I wondered if I should take this approach for the following pages. I have seen a huge increase in 404 errors since the new site structure and forms being filled in. This is because every time a form is filled in, this generates a new page, which only Google Search Console is reporting as a 404. Whilst some 404's can be explained and resolved, I wondered what is best to prevent Google from crawling these pages, like this: mydomain.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/TopCategoriesDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=90&catalogId=1008&homePage=Y Implement 301 redirect using rules, which will mean that all these pages will redirect to the homepage. Whilst in theory this will protect any linked to pages, it does not resolve this issue of why GSC is recording as 404's in the first place. Also could come across to Google as 100,000+ redirected links, which might look spammy. Place No index tag on these pages too, so they will not get picked up, in the same way the search result pages are not being indexed. Block in robots - this will prevent any 'result' pages being crawled, which will improve the crawl time currently being taken up. However, I'm not entirely sure if the block will be possible? I would need to block anything after the domain/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/TopCategoriesDisplay?. Hopefully this is possible? The no index tag will take time to set up, as needs to be scheduled in with development team, but the robots.txt will be an quicker fix as this can be done in GSC. I really appreciate any feedback on this one. Many thanks

60,000 404 errors
Do 404 errors on a large scale really matter? I'm just aware that I now have over 60,000 and was wondering if the community think that I should address them by putting 301 redirects in place. Thanks

Error: The URL you entered does not appear to be returning a page successfully
I keep getting the above error when I'm trying to look at the page optimization for a new blog page we have uploaded. It was posted over a week ago, so I assumed it would be indexed by now. Any thoughts on why it isn't working? The page is: http://www.esg.co.uk/blog/blog/2015/why-is-air-quality-testing-so-important/#.VmlBmLiLRpg Thanks

SEO Question - Are 503/504 errors an issue?
Lately I've noticed more and more 503/504 errors being flagged in my MOZ reports. One week I had over 1300 errors show up. I checked Google Webmaster Tools and Bing Webmaster tools and noticed they were showing up in there too, although not near as many (50 or less per day). I contacted my hosting company about it and they said these were normal and that it was due to one nameserver reaching capacity, but that there was a backup nameserver that kicks in. I've seen one or two of these errors show up before, but never more than one or two a week. Is this something I should be concerned about?

To avoid errors in our Moz crawl, we removed subdomains from our host. (First we tried 301 redirects, also listed as errors.) Now we have backlinks all over the web that are broken. How bad is this, from a pagerank standpoint?
Our MOZ crawl kept telling us we had duplicate page content even though our subdomains were redirected to our main site. (Pages from Wineracks.vigilantinc.com were 301 redirected to vigilantinc.com/wineracks.) Now, to solve that problem, we have removed the wineracks.vigilantinc.com subdomain. The error report is better, but now we have broken backlinks - thousands of them. Is this hurting us worse than the duplicate content problem?

Increase 404 errors or 301 redirects?
Hi all, I'm working on an e-commerce site that sells products that may only be available for a certain period of time. Eg. A product may only be selling for 1 year and then be permanently out of stock. When a product goes out of stock, the page is removed from the site regardless of any links it may have gotten over time. I am trying to figure out the best way to handle these permanently out of stock pages. At the moment, the site is set up to return a 404 page for each of these products. There are currently 600 (and increasing) instances of this appearing on Google Webmasters. I have read that too many 404 errors may have a negative impact on your site, and so thought I might 301 redirect these URLs to a more appropriate page. However I've also read that too many 301 redirects may have a negative impact on your site. I foresee this to be an issue several years down the road when the site has thousands of expired products which will result in thousands of 404 errors or 301 redirects depending on which route I take. Which would be the better route? Is there a better solution?

Why is 4XX (Client Error) shown for valid pages?
My Crawl Diagnostics Summary says I have 5,141 errors of the 4XX (Client Error) variety. Yet when I view the list of URLs they all resolve to valid pages. Here is an example.
