What is a Call Center Software & Why You Need One
Call center software is ideal for businesses of all types and sizes. Whether it's a startup with a dozen agents or an enterprise with hundreds of agents, call center software can help streamline large-scale telephony operations. In the process, it will also increase the productivity of your business and the efficiency of handling business calls. In addition, compared to traditional call center management, the use of call center software will also result in significant cost savings.
When should your business set up a call center software?
Software call center is used to handle calls. Unlike personal calls, business calls will have a special character and importance for them. They will also have a higher priority requiring immediate assistance. Here are some examples of when installing call center software can help your business.
Your callers need urgent solutions to their needs
A subscriber who has just lost their credit card needs immediate assistance in blocking it. They may also need help applying for a duplicate credit card instead of a lost one. These are needs that need to be met immediately in order for your customers to feel comfortable. In these scenarios, a call center that connects callers directly to support agents is most essential.
Your callers could have complex queries that demand direct interactions
Not all calls contain facts ready to be understood. In some cases, there may be too much information that will be difficult to exchange via email. In such cases, a phone call can make a huge difference. For example: fixing a travel plan inconsistency that includes multiple arrivals, departures, and routes. A travel agency call center can facilitate calling callers.
Your callers have a personal need
Special note about online ordering that cannot be mailed. A medical situation that cannot be explained in writing. Or some kind of personal situation that the caller can only explain to another person. In all of these situations, it is imperative that the encouraging voice of your call center staff gives them confidence.
Your callers are not ‘tech-savvy’ or belong to a broad demographic group
Subscribers and customers come in all ages and types. There are those who are tech-savvy, while others may not feel comfortable with digital instruments. They need human intervention to fix what isn't working. In these circumstances, phones become your best partner in all conversations for your entire target audience.

Internal Link Building and Link Juice Quality
Hi There! I manage the website for a law office that covers many geographical locations. For very specific niche content, we would prefer to create one piece of content and link to the various geographic locations where we would handle that topic instead of posting multiple variations of the same content for each specific geographical area. If we put a button on these pages that has links to each location, will that have the same "link juice" effect to the pages we're linking that linking directly in the text would? (example: the Where can we help you? button on this page : http://www.zdfirm.com/volkswagen-recall/) Thank you!

Link Building for extremely niche industry
I understand that when getting links into your site, they need to be good authority but, importantly, also relevant to the information on your own website. I've seen examples for people to find guest posting opportunities on many sites, but these have been for popular industries with mass amounts of people discussing it (travel blogs, fashion blogs), making guest post opportunities more readily available. The company I work for provide doc storage, scanning and paperless solutions. As you can guess, when following these guides to find blogs on our industry, I have come up short with places to ask to guest post on! So, how would SEOmozzers approach building quality, relevant links for a very niche industry such as ours? Also, we'll be building pages for extremely specific types of files (e.g. Microfiche Scanning, A0 Scanning....). For these pages, how will I be able to find relevant pages on these topics to get a link to, because these will obviously be even more niche than doc scanning? Thank you!

What are the pros and cons of using a link builder? Can link building be outsourced?
Hi, I have great content on my website which I would like to build external links to from other websites. I am told this will increase my domain authority and ultimately help search engine ranking positions. I have very limited time in my hands and now thinking of outsourcing the link building component to a specialist. Is this a good way of doing it? Could you recommend professional link builders?

Link Building & Moz metrices
I am just starting up so no flaming please. Okay so i was given a project and i was amused to see a lot of backlinks to the website with viagra pills title. This is why i assume the domain authority is very low. I tried asking a few website owners to drop the links but they said its a lot of manual work they wont do it(that was shocking) So what next? Would building authority links in any domains help me in this case?

Link building / baiting in the Google zoo
I work for a consultancy, and in the past most of our links have been acquired by giving away privacy statements etc for websites, including a link back in the body of the document, and making it a licensing requirement that the link be kept. We're launchinga new site. We want this one to be whiter-than-white, and would appreciate some advice on the following options. Option 1: no links Remove the links from the documents, and don't require links for the use of the documents. Leave a non-linking credit in the documents. Perhaps ask nicely for links from other pages. Option 2: links on other pages Remove the links from the documents, but make it a licensing requirement that users will link to our site from another page on their site. I appreciate that most won't, but some will. Option 3: retain the links Keep the links in the document, using domain name (with and without http and www) and business name anchor text. Option 4: script the links Use scripts to generate randomized links in the documents, so that no two are the same, but with relevant linking text for the most part. We're risk-adverse with the new site, and it will pick up some links "naturally". We're therefore tending toward option 1, on the basis that it may well generate as many links as option 2. Which of these options would you choose? Are there any other options we should be considering?

Links from Real Estate Websites Link Page, Do or Don't?
It seems that real estate sites have at times been under heavier scrutiny from the search engines. But real estate agents get networking, which makes acquiring those links a little bit easier. Plus with localization of search, I think real estate sites may give off a good GEO scent. Should SEO's go for links from real estate websites? Does a reciprocal link devalue said links?
