Hi, I tried to cancel my free trial and got an error page saying "that session was not found." I need to cancel before tomorrow when the free trial ends.

Hi, Currently using Moz Pro Standard, which limits me to 300 keywords queries per month. I'd like to run more queries than this, but don't see any option to add more. Do I need to upgrade to the Medium tier? Just to clarify, I'm _not _referring to tracked keyword rankings -- just queries run through the keyword explorer tool. Thanks!

503 error on Moz
Is any one else getting a 503 error (I'll copy it below) whilst trying to get on Moz, I can get to the home page but going to internal links I get the error, I managed to get onto Q&A via an external link. I've been having some troubles the last few weeks with logging on etc. Most importantly Is Roger ok ? Traffic Data Report Error: Anyone else?
I included a screenshot of the report. I had a 111 organic visits for last Mondays past week report, this Monday it is telling me I had 0. It's also telling me I have -10 non-branded keywords. I know the organic search visits isn't 0. Also, (this part I'm not sure about) but I don't see how I could have a negative amount of non-branded keywords. I would think it would just stop at 0. Has anyone had something like this happen? Or am I just missing something? Thanks for any help or comments. zK3FbG4.png
