Web Core Vitals - scores wildly fluctuate?

I have run lighthouse reports multiple times today, and they have bounced up and down 20 points within hours of each other. A coworker ran hist test that returned a 90 while I scored a 68, my next test was an 88? Is this a common issue. I can understand a few points, but this is insanity!

It's not that crazy, basically every time you refresh a page certain things could happen. For example, when you load an ad server on your page it could be that it needs more redirects that time in order to get the right ad. That would potentially lower the score in Lighthouse.
I'd take an average usually and mainly look at making improvements and with that providing insight on how you're trending in Lighthouse. It also often makes sense to spot-check things after bigger changes and deploys.

Web Core Vitals and Page Speed Insights Not Matching Scores
We have some URLs that are being flagged as poor inside Search Console in the Web Core Vitals report. For example, the report is saying that some pages have too many CLS issues. When looking into things we can do to update we have noticed that when we run the same page using the PageSpeed Insights tool we are not getting the same bad scores. This is making it hard for us to actually know what needs to be addressed. Nor can we tell if a change actually fixed the issue because in PageSpeed Insights there is not an issue. Has anyone else had similar issues. If so have you found a way to fix it?

Web designer doesn't see duplicate pages or issues??? Help!
I have a website that has duplicate pages, and I want to fix them. I told my web guy and his response was: "we do not see any issues on our end. It is not hurting any ranking in the 3 major searches. Web spam traffic coming from Fort Lee in Google Analytics

Webs Pages not correct
First of all I am a beginner but that will show with this question. I have moved my website from Wix to Web.com. I had the dns I think that is correct re-direct my site to web.com. Since then some of the pages from wix still show up even though they are no long apart of my site. Secondly when I go to google and type in cestoday.com some of the pages gives me a 401 or 404 error code, and others do not link to the proper page on my website. They go to my web-site but not the correct page. What do I do. Thank you Dave

What to do with old web pages after a re skin?
Buongiorno from foggy & wet wetherby UK 😞 Having launched a website there is a cluster of old redundant pages which i dont want to appear in the serach engines problem is they deliver search traffic. Would it be best to 301 redirect them? Or delete them & 404 Not found alert, I'm really not sure whats best 😞 Any insights welcome 🙂

Need help with fluctuating ranking for a specific keyword
my website www.totalmanagement.com fluctuates for the search term: web based property management software I have been using SEO Moz for a few months now and have managed to get to the top 5 and jump around between 3 and 5. Does anyone have any suggestions to assist me? Long term goal is also to really target: Property Management Software But I am still very new at this. Thanks in advance for the help!
