Hi,

I am looking to add a knowledgebase to our website. I would like it to be indexed by google to help with SEO. Does anyone know of a good knowledge base add on that works well with SEO.

I have zoho knowledgebase, but I am not sure if would work well with SEO.

What structured data would you recommend marking up for a companies 'service'?

Hi, I'm finally starting to use structured data in my clients sites now that Google has embraced it so much. I have a client that is a cosmetic physician and has associated services. I thought it would be beneficial to markup each service according to http://schema.org/Service I'll be doing a similar thing with a new local surveyors website too. I'm just wondering if it is worth doing and what Schema properties would you recommend using. For the cosmetic physician I'm thinking of: description

Free related posts recommendation solution?

I was preparing to use Diqus plugin to show related posts, but our site has already used another comment solution which is developed ourselves, and I don't think it's a good idea to replace all the comments of the entire site. So is there another free service to show visitors related posts? We are not a WP site, so I can only accepts HTML&JS codes, not WP plugins, etc. And I also don't want it contain external links even if I can benefit from them, because we are in a pretty specific niche, the recommendations to posts on other sites may take our orders away. Can you use a base element and mod_rewrite to alleviate the need for absolute URLs?

This is a follow up question to Scott Parsons' question about using absolute versus relative URLs when linking internally. Andy King makes the statement that this can be done and that it saves additional space (which he claims then can improve page speed). Is this a true and accurate statement? Can using a base element and mod-rewrite alleviate the need for absolute URLs? I need to know before going off on a "change all of our relative URLs to absolutes" campaign. Thanks in advance! Dana

UK Hosting companies any recommendations please

Hi i am asking this question again as not had much resonce with the other question. We are urgently looking for a decent hosting company in the UK who offer managed hosting. We are looking for a dedicated server that can handle forty sites or more. Can anyone please let me know if there are any good hosting companies in the UK for joomla. Recommended Website Monitoring Tools

Hi, I was wondering what people would recommend for website monitoring (IE is my website working as it should!). I need something that will:
1/. Allow multiple page monitoring not just homepage
2/. Do header status checking
3/. Do page content checking (ie if the page changes massively, or include the word "error") then we have an issue!
4/. Multiple alert possibilities. We currently use www.websitepulse.com and it is a good service that does all the above, however it just seems so overly complex that its hard to understand what is going on, and its complex functionality and features are really a negative in our case. Thanks

Recommendation for a company to make a site more mobile friendly?

Hiya, We have a client who uses us for SEO, and a separate company for web development. They have a fairly large site on a bespoke CMS. They're happy with the site, but the user experience on mobile devices is not right. Can anybody recommend a company specializing in that area? Preferably a UK company but not essential. Thanks 🙂
