Hi there!
Thanks so much for reaching out and so sorry for any confusion here. You can change your Moz Local plan level by following the below steps:
-
Log into your Moz account and click on Manage Locations from the Subscription Summary page, or select Dashboard from Moz Local drop-down on the top right.
-
If you are managing multiple locations, select the location you're looking to upgrade. If you have only one location, head to step 3
-
Click on the Profile tab of the location you want to cancel
-
Click Change Plan in the right panel and then click on See plan options
-
Select your desired plan and click Continue.
We also have more information available in our Help Hub with screenshots, as well. I hope this helps!

Unsolved Multiple Locations for One Client on Moz Local
Hello, I have a client that I want to do local SEO for. They have two locations, both cities in Tennessee. To do this, would I just start two separate locations in Moz Local? Or would that cause a problem, making them look like separate "entities" in directories?

Unsolved How long do you tell your SEO customers to wait before they start to see actual results from their SEO?
So, this is probably one of the most challenging questions for SEO agencies likes ours to answer. That is how long does it take for a business to see an increase in sales, because of the business investing in organic or local SEO. It ultimately comes down to how competitive the business sector is, we do know that. We are just wondering what various SEO companies tell their clients. Is it for example, they have to wait a minimum of six months of paying for SEO, before they can get the business on page one of Google? Or, instead, do you carry out an SEO audit at the start, and then make an estimate for how long it will take to get the business on page one of Google?

Moz Local Update Info
I have been working on a project, this is a local business. Recently we migrate the site, to a new domain name http://www.oldwebsite.com https://www.newwebsite.com I use Moz Local and Moz Pro to track the site Performance. Obviously when we updated the domain name the local score when from 89 to 60. So my question How many time takes to Moz Local to update the info for the main partners? If I claim a listing on a third party website, and import that listing, how many time is going to take to update? I mean there's a lot of local directories out there, and I want to build business profiles with links pointing to my site. What happens to the Mian Partners, Example I have control over the Bing Places Account. What do I need to do, 1 update the info manually or Moz local will synchronize the info Thanks for your help

It's been 1 year, why hasn't our Moz Local completion percent improved?
Our listing is about to renew, but the completion percentage has not improved since the first month we started with Moz twelve months ago. I see in Moz there are many duplicate listings for this business. I was under the impression that Moz was handling this as part of the yearly fee; is that correct? If not, what needs to be done to resolve these issues and make sure our listings are complete and accurate?
