My google reviews are not transferring over to the directory sites how do we fix this? im looking at the chamber of commerce and it says 0 reviews

Did you ever find resolution to this? Curious because I run a directory site and I, along with some other directory site owners, are interested in integrating Google reviews into our own listings if owners have given permission via Google, but we don't know how to do it. Several of the responses to your question were to contact the directory for help, but we don't necessarily know how to do this either!

Ensure your Google My Business settings allow review sharing. Confirm accurate business info on Google and directory sites. Contact directory site support for assistance. Explore third-party tools for review aggregation. Update review widgets or plugins. Monitor and refresh data transfer settings periodically. Adhere to platform policies. Consider professional help if issues persist.

Transferring Google reviews to other directories can be challenging as they are platform-specific. To display Google reviews elsewhere, web development consider manually copying them, encourage customers to leave reviews on the desired platform, use third-party services, link to Google reviews, maintain consistency in business information, and follow platform guidelines for ethical practices.
-
If your Google reviews are not transferring to a specific directory or platform, consider checking for issues related to API or integration problems, Google API key configuration, data sync frequency, privacy settings, permissions, review filtering, platform-specific requirements, technical problems, API quotas, caching, and third-party tools. If the issue persists, contacting the directory's customer support for specific assistance is recommended.

If your Google reviews are not transferring over to directory sites as expected, here are a few steps you can take to address the issue:
-
Verify Review Guidelines: Ensure that the directory sites you're trying to transfer Google reviews to are in compliance with Google's review guidelines. If the directory site does not adhere to these guidelines, Google reviews may not be transferred.
-
Review Site Integration: Check if the directory site has a built-in integration with Google reviews. Many directory websites and platforms offer tools to connect with your Google My Business account for automatic review transfer.
-
Manual Copy-Paste: If there is no automatic integration available, you can manually copy and paste the Google reviews from your Google My Business page to the directory site. This can be time-consuming, but it's a direct way to transfer reviews.
-
Contact Directory Site Support: If you're experiencing technical issues with transferring reviews, contact the support team of the directory site for assistance. They may have specific instructions or solutions for review transfer.
-
Check for Duplicate Listings: Make sure there are no duplicate listings on the directory site. Duplicate listings can sometimes cause review transfer issues. Ensure that your business is listed correctly on the directory site.
-
Update Business Information: Ensure that the business information on both your Google My Business listing and the directory site is accurate and matches. Inaccurate or inconsistent business information can sometimes affect the review transfer process.
-
Patience: Sometimes, review transfer delays can occur due to technical issues or synchronization processes. It's a good idea to be patient and give it some time to see if the reviews eventually transfer.
-
Legal and Policy Considerations: Be aware of any legal or policy considerations related to review transfer, especially if the reviews are subject to copyright or intellectual property restrictions. Some platforms may have limitations on how reviews can be used or transferred.
If you've followed these steps and are still encountering issues with transferring Google reviews to directory sites, consider reaching out to Google My Business support and the support team of the specific directory site for further assistance. They may be able to provide guidance or solutions to resolve the problem.

The transfer of Google reviews to directory sites is typically not an automated or guaranteed process. Each platform or directory site manages its own reviews independently, and Google reviews may not automatically sync with them. To have your Google reviews appear on other directory sites, you would typically need to copy or manually add them to those specific platforms. Keep in mind that this process may vary depending on the directory site's policies and features. (Study abroad) (2 Year Post Graduate Diploma Canada) (Canada PR) (PMP Exam Prep)

Google reviews typically do not transfer automatically to directory sites. Each platform, such as Google and various directory sites, maintains its own reviews separately. To have your Google reviews appear on directory sites, you'll need to manually copy and paste the content or encourage your customers to leave reviews on those specific directory sites as well. Keep in mind that some directory sites may have their policies and guidelines for displaying reviews, so be sure to follow their rules when transferring reviews. Unsolved Listing Permanence
Do listings revert to original state after cancelling Moz Local subscription? I know Yext is a feed that needs to be in place for their listings to show, and when you cancel the subscription, the listings all revert to how they were before you started (if you are lucky). I was told that Moz Local was different by a rep of the underlying platform that Moz white labels. Is this true , or still true? Thanks

Moz Local Review Management/Customer Feedback help, tutorials, anything? MOZ do you even like your own tools???
I am STUNNED and frustrated that a great tool like Moz Local has the great feature like Review Management/Customer Feedback and have ALMOST ZERO content, tutorials, FAQs, or easily found content that quickly explains some important details. You don't have ANYTHING findable to help me explain to employers or fellow new SEOs how to implement YOUR OWN TOOL. Why? WHY??? • I have multiple locations signed up for complete features - want to share individual location with individual property managers - how? • Exports show "recommendation" as "true" or "false" which I understand - but where in your dashboard is this explained? • I want to customize my property review report/export - I don't need a lot of those columns which are duplicate info or unknown to the property managers. Possible? Seriously - should not be this difficult to track down info/direction/shareable info for YOUR OWN TOOL!

MOZ not verifying my Google My Business listing
Hello Folks, Moz Local is not verifying my Google My Business Listing nor is it verifying the manual CSV upload. My Google My Business Listing and my manual CSV upload correctly display all of the same information as my Google My Business Listing and Facebook Page using the following Moz Local guidelines. The only thing that I can think of is that Moz Local is currently pulling up and older listing with a toll free number; however that has been corrected and the feed is real time, so I'm at a loss. Facebook The name, address, and phone number (NAP) listed on the page must be an exact match with the listing in Moz Local. The primary phone number listed must be a unique local number or a toll-free number. The primary page category must be “local business”. A minimum of 2 visitor check-ins are required. Not sure what to do here? Head to Facebook's resources to see how to let people check in and how you can check in. The page must be fully accessible to all potential visitors, so any restrictions based on age, location, etc. must be disabled. This can be easily checked by attempting to view the Facebook page in a Chrome incognito browser while not logged into a Facebook account; if you can view the page normally in these conditions, the accessibility should be in good shape! Google My Business The name, address, and phone number (NAP) listed on the page must be an exact match with the listing in Moz Local. The primary phone number listed must be a unique local number or a toll-free number. The business must not be listed as a “service area business”. A service area business displays with the street address being hidden, as well as the listing not being surfaced through the Google Places API (which is where we pull the listing details from). The listing must be verified by postcard. As a note, it may take a couple days after the postcard verification process for the listing to be available through the Google Places API. The listing must be completely searchable through Google Maps, with the full NAP listed correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Q: At what point in time should I submit a "corrected" NAP to MOZ Local in the process of cleaning up NAP in the directory ecosystem?
1- Can I submit a "corrected" NAP to Moz Local and trust that all the incorrect info in the entire directory ecosystem will get corrected? If the answer is yes, how long would this take? 2- Should I change the incorrect NAP listings in the "other" directories that MOZ doesn't have an agreement with, before I submit a "corrected" NAP to MOZ.? Thanks for the info:-)

New Company with Google+ but not in directories. Does Moz add those even though they show no listing status?
I am submitting a new company. I created a Google+ account that's been verified. Once it's on Moz local, will it be added to these directories even though it's not showing up that the business exists?
