We respond to almost 100% of our quote requests, yet every quote email that comes in from Google shows a 27% response rate and it never changes. Has anyone else seen this or have any insight into it?

@r1200gsa It's possible that the reported 27% response rate in Google's quote emails may not accurately reflect your actual response rate. Here are a few potential explanations and steps to address the issue:
-
Technical Glitch:
There might be a technical glitch or misconfiguration causing the discrepancy. Check your email settings and integration with Google to ensure accurate tracking of responses. -
Delayed Tracking:
Response rates might not be updated in real-time. Allow some time for Google's system to update and reflect the correct response rate. If the issue persists over an extended period, consider contacting Google support for assistance. -
Verify Google My Business Settings:
Confirm that your Google My Business account settings are correctly configured to track and report response rates. Ensure that all necessary permissions are granted. -
Check Email Filtering:
Verify that your responses are not being filtered as spam or going to a different folder. This can affect the perceived response rate if Google is not accurately capturing your replies. -
Google Support:
Reach out to Google My Business support for direct assistance. They may be able to investigate the issue on their end and provide specific insights or solutions. -
Compare Data:
Cross-reference the response rates reported by Google with your internal records. If your records consistently show a 100% response rate, it reinforces the likelihood of a reporting issue on Google's end. -
Industry Benchmarks:
Understand that response rates can vary across industries. Compare your rates with industry benchmarks to see if the reported 27% is unusually low or within a typical range. -
Update Information:
Ensure that all business information, including contact details, is accurate on your Google My Business profile. Inaccurate information may affect the tracking of responses.
If the issue persists after checking these factors, contacting Google support directly would be the most effective way to address the specific problem with the reported response rates in your quote emails.

Disconnect MOZ Local and Google My Business
I've had problems with one of our eight branch locations when I connected GMB to Moz Local about a year ago. The location was suspended for being a duplicate. I would like to sever the connection so I could keep Moz Local live but at least temporarily delete the suspended Google My Business. Also, if you might have any guides or tutorials on performing this task it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is page speed important to improve SEO ranking?
I saw on a SEO Agency's site (https://burstdgtl.com/search-engine-optimization/) that page speed apparently affects Google ranking. Is this true? And if it is, how do I improve it, do I need an agency?

Domain and urls aren't showing up in Google search
Hi, Moz community, I hope you are staying safe, I have been trying to search our website in Google by using the whole domain name, but it's not showing up. For example: https://www.example.com/

https://www.example.com/inner-page.html
Or if search brand name: Example, doesn't come up But when I try example.com, it comes up along with other pages. Neither the inner pages are being come up in the search nor the home page with https://www.example.com. I have checked with Site:example.com, it is showing all the pages, but it is weird on the other hand that it is not visible in the search, what could be the reason? Any tool to check it? I thought it was because of the latest core update from Google. But, there are many keywords in the rankings, so I am sure the website hasn't been impacted. I checked penalties or issues through many tools and even in the search console, everything is fine. Any help would be appreciated.1 -
GMB illegal edits to phone numbers
A client in the skip hire sector contacted me to say that someone is submitting edits to multiple competitors' GMB accounts changing the phone numbers to theirs. It has caused a huge row and legal ruckus as the competitors naturally assume it is them diverting calls. It definitely is not them but could be lead generation companies they use or other competitors trying to discredit them. They are growing fast and are upsetting longstanding players. Has anyone come across this before? If so how did you handle it and is there any chance of Google listening to them and assisting in the situation. Any advice is gratefully received. PS these guys are very ethical and are mortified at the situation they find themselves in.

Has anyone tried using AMP links in Google Business Listings?
We have a client with multiple locations, and Google Business listings for each location. We've also created AMP pages for each of those location landing pages, and they're ranking on page one of their main queries, just below the local pack. We're wondering if anyone has tried pointing a GMB website listing at an AMP page, or if there are considerations to keep in mind before testing it out. So far, we've discussed whether to use the AMP url (amp.domain.com) or the Google viewer url (google.com/amp/s/amp.domain.com), and potential concerns for desktop users.

Bing "knowledge graph" for Doctors?
Hello Mozzers, Today I ran across a knowledge-graph-esque bar in Bing. My first thought was "how do I get in there?" I set to work trying to check out what competitors are in this bar for clients in other industries. These listings seem to be for doctors only. Here's what I found: These listings came up for: [city] doctor, [city] orthodontist, [city] pediatrician, [city] optometrist, etc. After I did this research I realized the listings were individuals and not businesses. I set my search to professional services focused on a single person, like attorneys or accountants. Still no dice. Has anyone seen or know what this is? Update: These profiles also appear on mobile search. Xsvqz

Google My Business marker/pin - Do I have control over moving it?
I am working with a country club. We opened the Google my business account and Moz Local. i think the developer/builder of the Country Club planned on the address being in different place than it is today. Do I have control over moving that marker on this massive property. Or, is this done at the city/county level? The marker isn't quite near the building or the true entrance to the country club.
