Hi there Sri,
Thanks for getting in touch with us at Moz! It looks like you have a question about HTTP file access rather than our tools. Unfortunately our support team can only provide answers for our tools in particular, however you have come to the right place for SEO and web technical discussions I will leave this as a discussion and let our associates know to perhaps set the right group for people to see so you can get some discussions going.
Hope that helps, I wish you the best of luck in your SEO!

How do can the crawler not access my robots.txt file but have 0 crawler issues?
So I'm getting this errorOur crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site. This often occurs because of a server error from the robots.txt. Although this may have been caused by a temporary outage, we recommend making sure your robots.txt file is accessible and that your network and server are working correctly. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster.https://www.evernote.com/l/ADOmJ5AG3A1OPZZ2wr_ETiU2dDrejywnZ8kHowever, Moz is saying I have 0 Crawler issues. Have I hit an edge case? What can I do to rectify this situation? I'm looking at my robots.txt file here: http://www.dateideas.net/robots.txt however, I don't see anything that woudl specifically get in the way.I'm trying to build a helpful resource from this domain, and getting zero organic traffic, and I have a sinking suspicion this might be the main culprit.I appreciate your help! Thanks! 🙂

Missing Title tags
My crawl diagnostics shows roughly 20+ pages with missing or empty title tags, however, the titles are viewable through the source code and there is only one instance of it on the page. This is not a wordpress site nor are the titles extremely long. Would there be any other reason for the crawl tool to not pick up these titles? An example page is: http://www.bestblanks.com/heatpresscomparison.html

Error for a page that doesn't exist.
Hi, I'm just trailing this service, and I have a couple of questions that I hope someone can help with. 1. I am getting a high priority error regarding a page not being able to be crawled - a 4XX error. Problem is, there is no such page in existence. The URL is my site/comments/feed It's driving me crazy. 2. I'm also getting errors based on missing meta tags in blog posts. I am adding tags at the time of posting, so I am unsure why these errors are showing up. Actually, I didn't add tags to all posts - but there are errors on ALL posts, even those I added tags to. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks!!! Hugh

Clarify "broad keyword usage in page title"
Hello Page grader has two different grades for page title that I want clarification on. There is "Broad Keyword Usage in Page Title" and "Exact Keyword Usage in Page Title". Googling around about and searching here I have found that "broad" seems to mean the keywords should be used throughout the page, rather than just in the title and header. Which makes sense as this is a kind of check to ensure the page IS about the keywords and not something unrelated. But what is meant by "broad" usage in the page title? This refers specifically to the page title and not the whole document. My best guess got me to this, given the keyword "Visit London Today"; "Come and visit London today" - exact match only "London - visit today" - broad match only "Visit London the city of dreams | visit London today" - matches both That could be complete nonsense, but basically is broad usage the use of keywords scattered in the page title? Thanks.
