I don't have a ready answer for that. If you could email us at help@moz.com and let us know what browser you're using, and any type of pattern of being logged out, that would be really helpful. Thanks!

I'm still getting these errors its due to Moz thinking I'm not logged in when I am and have to log out manually (typing /logout). When logging in its all fine but this log out issue is a pain in the bum.
Why am I still getting these logged out errors?

Yup, you're right. For some reason I was thinking I was hitting a 503 but in reconstructing the error just now it sends me to an Improper Redirect error page. Hopefully now that I've logged out and back in I should be fine. Thanks Keri!

Hi! These are actually two separate issues here.
This morning we had a problem where the blog was dead because of data we were trying to pull from an API that was unresponsive. We fixed that section of the code and it should be fine now.
We did have a problem with our cookies that we fixed about two days ago. That was causing people (staff too!) to get logged out all the time. If you manually log out and log back in, you should get the fixed cookie and everything should be OK.

I've been occasionally getting 503s here. I'll follow my bookmark to the Q&A but when I click into a question it tells me I'm logged out. I click to Log In but it takes me to the Moz homepage where it shows I'm already logged in. If I then click on the Moz Analytics button, I wind up hitting a 503. I've found if I log out from the dropdown while on the Moz homepage and then Log back in, I can then get to analytics fine after that's happened.

Same here, got a 503 when trying to go to Community once I logged in. Had to go to Moz Analytics then directly to Q&A to get to the Q&A.

Hi, Moz( Also reported by GSC)have reported 403 crawl error on some of my pages. The pages are actually working fine when loaded and no visible issue at all. My web developer told me that some times error issues are reported on a working pages and there is nothing to worry about.

Link to Moz Pro home 404s, and then I stumbled upon Moz's staging site...
I'm wary of giving more information as it's probably best that little to no one be able to access Moz staging for one reason or another. I should also mention that this was done very unintentionally on my part. That said, from the 404 from Moz Pro home, I tried to access "My QA", and that's when I realized that everything I did thereafter was within staging.moz.com (and posted a question similar to this one). Does Moz permit access to their staging site, or did I stumble upon a mistake - or Moz-stake, if you will?

Moz Campaign Error
A lot of links seem to be broken or glitching with the Moz Campaigns dashboard. For whatever reason moz decided to archive my campaigns without permission. It then will not let me activate them again, forcing me to recreate them. When I go to the campaigns page, it will not show me my active campaigns, including ones that I have just made and it is impossible to get to them unless I save the campaign id and manually navigate to it in the browser. This has been tested on every web browser, so it is not some kind of user error or browser thing on my end. How can I get to my active campaigns since Moz will not show them to me?

Has the Moz website update affected my data?
Hi Moz, I can see you are currently updating your website and regularly get either the new or old moz format when I log into my account. When I am in my account and Moz is in the new format my account info including keyword ranking & external followed links dramatically change. I am just trying to investigate if it is a moz issue with data or something else? Help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot, Beth
