Fastest way to set up Moz to produce a list of easy-to-rank for keyword opps
-
I've used Hubspot's keyword tool previous to MOZ, and I know that they import data generated from MOZ into their tool... but I find it a much more convoluted process using Moz's more robust system. ALL I want is to dump in a long list of keyword possibilities, then see where we can easily rank for these terms, especially against our local competitors. How do I set this up????
It's not as self-explanitory as Hubspot!
Thanks!!!

I see the Keyword tool, but it really acts differently than the one I'm used to in Hubspot. I did not thumbs up your answer because I really didn't get the response I was hoping for... I've dumped in my words, but I don't see where we rank for these terms, nor do I see how I can modify descriptors for lower volumes of traffic when the we're focusing on more local and regional traffic rankings, especially in the situation when local searches for those terms are low volume. Do we just remove the local descriptor and assume local traffic would be relatively porportionate to national rankings for those terms?
It's not as easy to use as Hubspot, and it's a bummer to not get that for what this costs per month.

Hey there,
We've been discussing this in a support ticket, but I will update here in case anyone else is curious.
The tool you're looking for is the Keyword Difficulty tool:

A difficult keyword displays a difficulty of 3, why?
I´m new to Moz and I was using the keyword analysis tool. When I put a generic term for my country (cheap phones, buy samsung galaxy, etc.) which is obviously one of the most wanted and competitive keywords, MOZ displays a difficulty level of 3 and an opportunity of 100, indicating it´s easy to rank for it, when the main competitors are big transnational companies. Why is this? What do you suggest? Thank you!

Moz health check for newbies
Hi I'm on the free trial, I'm finding it really useful. since I was 16 (16years ago) all I've done is cook. After 3 weeks of Moz I feel like I'm or the way to marketing my business instead of having others tell me how to do it. A while back I used to use SEO freelancers to buff my site, but recently I realized that I was not doing enough to promote my business myself, I was trying to pay others to do it for me. I goggled Soe and marketing, of course I found Moz while doing so! The content is exceptional and really goes in depth and we are now coming up with a new content strategy! The problem is that I have this gut feeling that The moz product is worth the money it asks for as I can easily identify the issues or opportunities my site has, I still feel that I lack the competence to use moz to its full potential! Is there an option to have someone skpe me and give me some tips or in sites with in my own campaign? I've spent a lot of time reading the blog content and watching the videos but this all seams to focus on how to get results but not so much on how to use the Moz console/dashboard. I've probably just missed a hole bunch of content but if not do Moz have and option to help set up your Moz analytic and Research so you can get the most relevant info to you? Any help is most welcome Kind regards Ben Horle SussexChef.com

Google Analytics data not loading into Moz
I use several analytics apps on my iphone which require you to connect to your GA account. Each one gets immediate access to the GA data. With Moz, I connected to my GA account 3 days ago after many failed attempts due to some bug, but still have no data showing. Is there some reason why Moz would take several days to access the data where iphone apps take seconds? I am now a week into my 30 day free trial, and have spent lots of time trying to get it to work, but have not been able to do much. I'm afraid of how much of the 30 days will be taken up just getting Moz set up and working, rather than actually using and evaluating what it does. Any possibility of re-starting the 30 days from when it's actually working? I don't mind waiting patiently for some bugs to be fixed, just would like to know that I will still get a 30 day trial. Thanks.

Where to find answers to really dumb questions about setting up Moz campaigns...
I had a Moz account earlier this year, let it drop for a few months, then decided it really was important to have one. So I'm back. But there is still something about it that I really find frustrating. I can't seem to find any answers to what seem to be basic questions. Maybe they are too simple, maybe they are just dumb questions, but I sure would appreciate it if somebody could lead me to another source of information. Maybe somebody has written a "Moz for Dummies" book? Here's an example: I'm setting up campaigns for my websites, and I get to the Brand and Mentions section. It tries to autofill the space using my campaign name, but that's not accurate. So I go look at the Help Hub for Brands and Mentions, and it gives an example using MOZ as the brand name. But not many sites have a three-letter domain name, do they?. One of my domains is EasyDigging.com (2 words) and the other is BestDryingRack.com (3 words). So I look and look, but can't find any examples of longer domain names. So I have no idea how to enter my Brand. Should it be the whole "EasyDigging.com" or should it just be "EasyDIgging" or should it be broke up into "Easy Digging"? This is just 1 example. I find these sort of unanswered questions almost every time I try something new. Is there a collection of examples anywhere? I really hope so. Surely there are others who learn best from examples, who hate having to guess based on slim or vague instructions. Keeping my fingers crossed that somebody can lead me to the goldmine of good examples. Thanks!

Moz Analytics Beta Question
I've been invited to the Moz Analytics Beta; however, I am not seeing any data for any of my campaigns. Do I have to do something specific to enable the beta, or does it take a while for information to appear?
