Setting timescales in Custom Reports
-
Hi, is it possible to set a timescale throughout a Custom Report without having to remember to change the timescale for each individual module?
-
Some modules are default monthly such as links data since those update when our index updates. Are there any specific modules you are trying to add that does not have the time frame option?
Rankings won't appear the same way, you can toggle weekly/monthly above the graph/chart on the right side
Crawls are weekly only as there isn't a "monthly" option to show a list of all errors. The only module you should add here will be for the Issues Overview and priority tabs to show the summary. Use CSV reports to export links data as the rows in a PDF report may not generate if there are too many links. CSVs will show the full URLs while the PDFs will not.
Links are monthly only since this data is imported directly from our Mozscape Index.
Let me know if this helps!

Hi David
I'm not sure that's what I meant! When setting up a report and choosing the modules to add in, over on the right hand side there is a dropdown where you can select eg Daily, Weekly or Monthly. This option is only available on some modules but not all. It is available for example when adding the Dashboard Module and the Traffic from Search module, for example. When setting up my monthly client report, I want all the modules to report what's happened over the past month, but is there a way to avoid having to set the dropdown when adding each module?

Hi Maureen
Currently you are only able to setup weekly and monthly timeframes which must apply to all modules so you can have
Campaign Name Weekly Report
Campaign Name Monthly ReportYou can setup daily reports but this will only apply to site traffic modules which we do daily import for from Google.
The settings here apply to reports that will generate in the future to maintain a PDF copy of your weekly/monthly update history.

Setting up a new campaign stalling on last page
I went through all the steps to set up a new campaign, and am on the last page, where I list competitors. When I click finish, however, the site spins for a few seconds, then does not proceed. I even checked the URLs. Is there a problem with the site right now? I am assuming the social links are optional because they are greyed out, and I am not getting any error messages after I click finish, just nothing. Help!
