400$ to sponsoring an Event page, does it worth the money?
-
I'm thinking of sponsoring an Event page related to a campaign topic.
DOMAIN AUTHORITY
49 /100PAGE AUTHORITY
49 /100Type of link: Linked Image, with other 30 Followed External Linked Images in the same page.
Page with a very long life.Cost of the sponsorship:
300 Euros
410 US DollarsIt is worth?

I completely agree that the evaluation of the link should look at increasing your visibility in the niche, and gaining more visits that may turn into conversions.
-
Lets look at this another way, lets ignore the DA & PA etc. and look at it in terms of who will be there.
Will the sponsorship gain you visibility in your niche?
Will you get visits through the links that could turn into a conversion ?
A link that is no follow but has a lot of visits through it can be far more valuable than a follow link that doesn't really have any visits through it. Look at it as a large package and the link is just part of it. Back on topic the authority is good and if its in your niche even better it just depends on how quickly you think you can get that money back via your site
Sorry my answer isn't super helpful but really I can tell you the link but as to the cost its really up to you I would suggest you look at it as a larger picture.
Best of Luck.

Should I remove backlink from templated page?
Hi, I manage 2 websites; website A and website B. Both websites are hosted on the same webserver. Website A is significantly more established than Website B with a better domain authority and much netter keyword rankings. I have a backlink from website A to Website B. The link is do-follow and is in a sidebar template that appears on just about every page of website A. Also, this template is used in nearly all of the subdomains of website A for a total of 1,362 pages. It occurs to me that Google might see this as unnatural. I am considering removing this link from the template and adding it to the content of the landing page so that we have only one link from Website A to Website B. It seems rational to me but I'd like a second opinion, please. Thanks in advance.

Do links to my website improve all pages?
I'm currently building links to my home page (through directories) and blog pages. However, none of these pages are actually targeted pages for main keywords. In SEO, do links to any webpage of a site contribute to the improved rank of other pages?

Eric Ward's urlwire.com - worth a $500 investment?
I'm after a turbo boost (direct and indirect) to my site's SERPs. How beneficial is URLwire.com? Anyone here used it? Worth $495? Given that Matt Cutts has said links from PR sites don't pass link pop, would URLwire fall into this category? (I'm aware the idea is also to generate backlinks from other referring sites). Thanks

Are Links/Resources pages considered spam?
I'm dabbling with link building in a non link-happy industry, traffic safety (IE Traffic cones, barricades, safety vests, etc...). We currently are doing #RCS in terms of giveaways for college students as well as discounts in a wider EDU Outreach campaign as well as legitimate guest posting. I have started to use Link Prospector, and got a list of links/resources pages that we can get info from. I found some great links through here, including ways to get links from higher-profile .gov domains, but was wondering if it is worth it to go after the high(er) quality links/resources pages. By higher quality, I usually set a floor of a DA 25-30 and have a limited amount of external links per page. These would be for branded keywords (IE the company name/domain) and not exact match anchor text. I'd really like to see how other SEOs feel about this. Edu discount pages fair game?
Does anyone know if .edu discount pages are still good for link building? There's been a lot of fuss about Google reducing the value of edu links, but what do you think?
