Moz Not Pulling Monthly Data

So I set up my Moz campaigns on the 8th of this month. I can see data for the week, however, I can't see data from the previous week or for the month. So my question has two parts:
a.) Is there a way to view data for the previous week, and
b.) when can I expect to see data for the entire month.
Seeing data for the entire month is absolutely critical for me, since this is what I'm going to use to prepare my monthly client reports.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi there,
Campaign data is only viewable for the current week or days within the week. There currently isn't a way to pull up previous weeks data for comparison for things like crawl diagnostics and on page grades. Historical keyword rankings are available via a CSV export on the Rankings page though. Re: monthly data, we won't present this until the 4th of the month and we have roughly 24 days worth of data. This makes sure the reporting is as comprehensive as possible for a monthly view. So your first monthly report should be available by the 4 of October. Hope this helps clear things up!

Best way to find keyword volume data for lists
Hi Mozzers! I have a workflow question. I like to browse for keywords by hitting the SERPs and getting Related Keywords, People Also Search For, and Long-Tail Variants using various tools. I then scoop up these entries and paste them into a spreadsheet. The next step would be to find search volume data. Does Moz Explorer offer a good way to find this data for lists of keywords? I see how to get this info for one keyword at a time, but I'm interested in getting KW volume for a list, either by pasting KWs into a field or uploading a spreadsheet. I recall using the Google Keyword Planner once for this purpose, but I wonder if Moz also offers a way. I am a Moz Pro user. Thanks in advance for your advice. AK

I’d like to set up a Moz campaign that crawls just the primary website, not subdomains
Is this something you could help with? (it either bombs or crawls everything, so I assume I’m missing something in the campaign settings, or it’s just not possible.

Moz unable to crawl my Zenfolio website
Hey guys, I am attempting to optimize a website for my wife's business but Moz is unable to crawl it. Zenfolio is the web hosting service (she is a photographer). The error message is: **Moz was unable to crawl your site on Apr 1, 2019. **Our crawler was not able to access the robots.txt file on your site. This often occurs because of a server error from the robots.txt. Although this may have been caused by a temporary outage, we recommend making sure your robots.txt file is accessible and that your network and server are working correctly. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. Read our troubleshooting guide. I did read the troubleshooting guide but nothing worked. My robots.txt file disallows a few bots, but not roger bot. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Or do I need to request server logs from Zenfolio? Thanks

Moz Site Crawl can't index WIX sites
We've been attempting to work on some SEO for a new potential client however they are using a WIX site. We've noticed that Moz SEO tools will not index any WIX sites. e.g. https://www.sharonradisch.com/ (which is one of their case studies). Anyone seen this that can offer any advice? Thanks,

A lot of duplicate content issues - does Moz understand canonical URL?
Hi, Since I subscribed to Moz my Magento store has given a lot of duplicate content issues. However, I did have a problem with Canonical URL at the time. It has been settled for a couple of weeks by now and although I had 302 redirects before, I configured Magento to 301 today. Since Moz has been crawling and showing duplicate content for exactly the same Magento pages but with endings like store=us, store=aus etc (since I have several store views enabled), I am wondering whether canonical URL does actually help Google to skip these versions of the duplicate pages and does Moz also understand it and will it reduce the amount of duplicate content errors once the 301 redirects and canonical URLs have been properly set for a week or so? Getting started with moz
Hi i use to be a user of SEO moz before the change to just Moz, however i am struggling to navigate around and work on campaigns. I need to know what steps to take methodically from setting up a campaign, keyword research, competitors and monitoring SERPs results. in addition improving the page grade reports and analysing keyword difficulty. Whilst Moz assist you to set up some of this initially when creating the campaign i feel it doesn't seem to take you through a logical methodical step process of configuring in depth the steps of ensuring the correct settings are relevant to the campaign i.e. an outline of the steps and i need to take that follow on from each other and getting your campaign completed. for example: create campaign keyword research onpage optimisation competitor research link finder analyser run reports that related to the info provided above I feel lost in the features of moz whilst i can see they are highly beneficial putting them to use in a chronological order to ensure the the correct setup and make use of these tools. i.e. where to start and where to end currently i feel i can only find where to start and what i should do after that to make use of Moz fully is somewhat missing. Thanks in advance, any links and direct appreciated, i would alsolike to possible speak to a Moz team member regarding my account setup if possible.

Why isn't my Campaign Data updating?
I am new to Moz and my campaigns haven't been updating. I got the initial data, but I haven't received any new data since then. I think that I set up the account on the 23rd of July. My reports show that info, but nothing else. I have checked the dropdown for this last week and it is empty. I have done a lot of work and want to see if there has been any change. Help! FyBaH8B

Is analytics data kept after PRO account is discontinued? And/or can we step back up later again, and acces it?
When we discontinue our PRO account, will we be able to step back up with the same account later? If so, is there any data of the intermediate months? And can we still access old data from during our PRO account from the free account?
