Moz is reporting duplicate page titles, but the relevant pages aren't being shown. The downloaded report doesn't show them either.

Hi Everyone.
How are your campaigns looking? Our engineers deployed a permanent fix but wanted to make sure it was able to apply to your campaigns.
-
Hi Guys
Sorry about that! This is a weird bug we have seen recently and we can manually fix these with a permanent fix going out next week. If you can provide me with the campaign IDs for those campaigns. We should be able to restore them before the end of the day today.
Talk to you soon!

I have the same problem. I assume that it might just be this weeks crawl that has had some sort of problem. hopefully it'll be sorted by next weeks.

I added a privacy policy link to my footer and now Moz is showing thousands of 4xx errors
My website didn't have a privacy policy so I added one and put the link in the footer menu. When I did this, Moz came back telling me that there are a lot of new errors on the site. Is this a bad thing? Do I need to address it? HY59Iks sYyAHCB

Duplicating a Report to monthly from weekly
Is there a way to duplicate a weekly report and also run it monthly without redesigning it from scratch? I have a great report a client loves but they also want to see it monthly. Thanks! Melinda

On-Page Grader not working?
I've been using the On-Page Grader tool for a while now, and have always had great success using it to better optimize my pages. But just recently I've noticed that it's not detecting any changes I make to any of my pages.
Moz Bar | | CMinc
For example: One of my pages was coming up with Exact Keyword is Used in Page Title. So I changed it and uploaded it to the site and then clicked the re-grade page button. The only problem is that it's not seeing any of the changes that I made.1 -
OnPage Reports - Duplicate titles and meta descriptions
Hi Moz, I know you guys changed your interface awhile back but I have a question about the new reports. On the old interface, I used to use a report that would automatically run when I created a new account letting me know where the dup titles and meta descriptions were on an entire site. Where can I find this report on the new interface? Thanks Carla

Way has the number of pages crawled plummeted?
Why has the number of pages crawled for our campaign plummeted in Moz Analytics – down to 729 from over 10k? Don't see any issues in Google Analytics with crawling our site.

Moz is reporting a broken link error but GWT is not
My latest Moz report is showing a 404 for: http://www.fateyes.com/how-will-googles-hummingbird-affect-your-search-ranking/”ht
Moz Bar | | gfiedel
(and showing the link this way with the characters after the last / which are not part of the page URL) Google Webmaster Tools says we have no errors. I'm wondering why there is this descrepancy and I'm wondering how I can track down where this link is originating from on our site. I've tried downloading screamingfrog and deeptrawl to no avail (java issues). I've also tried a couple of services online and installed Broken Link Checker plugin with no luck finding it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!0
