Hi Varun,
It sounds like you've identified some important things to work on. I want to be sure I'm understanding this explanation from you:
"Client deals in two way that is local and global. He gets requirement of manpower from Local employers and then search for right people around the globe to employee them with organizations"
Does the business meet face-to-face with its customers at a place of business? Or are all transactions happening virtually, such as on-line or over the phone?

Hi Miriam,
Thanks for your reply!
I did assessment and found that website is not using important search queries within content and lacking Meta Tags, Client deals in two way that is local and global. He gets requirement of manpower from Local employers and then search for right people around the globe to employee them with organizations.
I have checked their ranking and local listings, website was standing nowhere in ranking and listings.
As per my plan:
Firstly I have prepared keywords lists to target and divided them into two parts Primary (High search volume) and secondary (Less search volume)
Then on-page corrections like
Meta Tags, webpages content (usage of keywords) Headings, Subheadings and URLs rewriting. XML sitemaps and other SEO files.
Then followed by crawl, indexing diagnostic and Schema, (address, reviews, rating etc)
followed by back links analysis of website to eradicate spam links, then will work on local listings and directories. I know reviews and ratings are important these days I'll also work on that.
This my initial plan to fix the issues and to lend benchmark.
Do let me know what else I can add to my plan to cover up all losing points or to gain some benefits.
Thanks!
.

Hi Varun,
It's really important to assess how well your client is already doing and then define your goals based on where you need to take them. I noticed you had chosen 'Local Website Optimization' as one of your categories for this thread, so what is it you'll be doing for the client? Improving their on-site Local SEO? Or, maybe their website is already in good shape, and you've discovered they have inconsistent citations you're going to clean up, or that they need to earn more reviews from their customers.
So, basically, the first step in any local or traditional marketing campaign is going to be to do a formal audit of where the business currently stands on the web, and from your findings, you can then create a strategy for addressing things they're either not yet doing well enough or not yet doing at all.

Blogs/content marketing or slower salesfunnel on webshop?
Hi all, Im considering about building contents en blogs on a webshop, because a visitor will get see a lot of information about blogs, etc. The salefunnel will be chaotic, purchasing will be slower on a webshop. The webshop has more then 5000 products. Focus on gamers. For example Ikea or mahuranna shop, they have builded a website near their webshops. To get more traffic ofcourse, but its to hard to do both of them. Your focus will get lost and they way of communication on website/shop will be changing. Your brand and strategic will also change a lot, thats why im considering to find the right way. Who can give me an advice?

Is it ok to redirect users to a market-specific home page based on their previous selection?
I'm working with a real estate client currently that asks users to identify the market they are in prior to showing them properties. The markets are far enough apart that no user would conceivably be browsing within two separate markets. When the user selects their market choice, they are redirected to a market-specific home page whenever they login after the original home page loads. These market-specific pages are ranking currently (page 2-4) for market-related phrases, but before embarking on further optimization I wanted to get a second opinion on whether or not keeping this redirect process is even a good idea or not. Thoughts?

Looking For A Chicago Marketing Agency
Hi guys, I am looking for a trusted, digital marketing company specializing in local search services and SEO. I would prefer to be from around Chicago due to the type of business we are in, limousine business, but ultimately, I would be willing to try someone from a different city but it needs to have experience in this type of business. If you know someone, please send me a private message and I will give you more info. I am not looking for a 2-3 man company, we are past that stage. I know about Moz's recommended companies, none of them are from Chicago, bummer. Thanks!

Ways to expand your marketing area
I have a local business and put additional city names (7 of them) into the main title page along with the biz description in order to expand into these areas. I included these same cities on 3 other pages in the site as well, along with the custom descriptions for these pages. Is this overuse of city names in title pages? Will it negatively affect my rankings? What are the best ways to expand your marketing territory for a local biz? Thanks for any and all responses.

NYC Highly Competitive Market
Hey there everyone! So i’ve got this new client who hired me to do some web design and offered to pay me to do some seo work for them. Im not really new to paid search marketing. I also am pretty familiar with the basics of seo and have had some minor successes in the past. However, a lot of those successes were attributed to low market competition and really strong and pertinent urls. As I build sites and come up with content, its all thought out for what these companies are selling. So content is optimized for keywords as well as images etc. Here’s my current issue. I am really not great at backlinking. First off, let me tell you how I found this client. Lets say this particular client is in real estate in new york city (which is very close to the market theyre in.) Lets also assume I typed into google “the best apartment buildings in nyc.” Now, I come across an article from a site with a very high page and aite authority (over 90) and the article, lets say, is a “Top Ten Apartment Buildings In NYC.” The very first building on the list (the presumed best) is obviously the one most people are going to check out. The page for that building is so keyword optimized and the content is relevant. Turns out, this building is the creator of this article. Naturally, they add 9 more buildings to the list and my client falls at number 7. Now, they ARE getting some traffic from this article, but not nearly as much as number one. I did some investigative work and went into the building who created the article. Turns out they have a barter partnership with the website the article was published on. This gives them a complete competitive edge. (This website is like the TECHCRUNCH for apartment buildings.) Right now, my client is spending huge amounts on ppc and unfortunately, dude the competitive nature and the amount of options in the market, doesn’t necessary see roi its needing to. People will come into the building and check it out (but of course, in the back of their mind there are always the other 6 rated buildings ahead of it.) I am trying to develop a strategy to win here. My client doesn’t have a very strong social presence, which is an easy fix and something i’m working on. Their site has some duplicate page errors and simple title tag fixes but is built with squarespace and overall is very comparable to the competition. What do I do next? Even if I guest blog on some other sites, their competition is already a huge step ahead because they have an article out on the MOST authoritative site in the space. Thanks for the help!
