It's been 1 year, why hasn't our Moz Local completion percent improved?

Our listing is about to renew, but the completion percentage has not improved since the first month we started with Moz twelve months ago. I see in Moz there are many duplicate listings for this business. I was under the impression that Moz was handling this as part of the yearly fee; is that correct? If not, what needs to be done to resolve these issues and make sure our listings are complete and accurate?

Hey there Brandon! Sorry to hear your local listings haven't completely updated.
We recommend writing in to help@moz.com so we can check out what's going on! In some cases there is a technical issue with the data push that we can clear up, but sometimes it is a delay issue with our partner sites. If you write in with your listing details we'll be happy to take a look!
As for the duplicates, closing them involves a manual review process on our partners' side that, to be honest, can take a while to complete. We can check these out for you, as well, if you write in. Thanks!

What is needed to be "Complete" for each citation source?
We use Moz Local to track citations for our clients and while I understand that it is not necessary for every citation to be 100% complete to get decent visibility in Google, I was wondering if there is any list of what is required for each citation source to show as complete in Moz Local? For example, how many categories, photos etc. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Moz Local not being verified...is service area the culprit?
I've done Moz local before, and it worked without a hitch. However, this time I'm doing it for a service area business that does not show an address on Google. It's been well over a week and none of the local listings have been updated. Could this be because they require a physical address? Or, do I just need to be patient?
