Schema Review For Attorney wordpress website
-
I have a wordpress website for an attorney. I would like to implement schema markup rating/review. My client has really good reviews and I want to show the 5 stars in the SERPs. His rating is 5 out 5 stars. There are different plugins that are good only to leave a review, and the stars would only appear only for that review page in the SERPs. I would like the home page to have the stars in the SERPs. Is there a way to get it done?
Thanks!

Have you tried Schema Creator by Raven? You would need a static home page to use it.
It's been around quite a while but works very well. It will place a text box on your page that will be visible which is good since Google wants it that way. You would select the "Review" category.
Best!

WordPress Themes and SEO
I am helping out a client with updating their website.

The theme they currently have hasn't been updated in ages (I am going to guess years). Would there be a difference in updating to the most recent version of their theme and changing them to a completely different theme? Or because they update in the current theme is so large anyway, it won't make a difference in terms of SEO. The reason I ask is that they don't know their Themeforest details to log in and download the most recent version of the theme, so they would have to re-purchase it, and with the hosting, they have access to a range of themes includes in their package. Schema.org for Hotels
Good morning, I have a question about how to use Schema.org on a hotel website. Since a website will have many pages, do I add the microdata for the hotel's address, contact info, ratings, reviews, etc on every page as that information is in the footer of each page or do I just add to the homepage once? Thanks in advance

Content Of Dead Websites Can be resused?
I have 2 websites. One website links are from spamy techniques (wrong guy hired) which still has massive links so I started a new website with a fresh domain. Now when the new website (only white hate methods used) has started to show positive movements I feel like its the right time to shut the other website down. Since, I have a lot of content on my first site (spamy links) can i reuse the content again on my new site after I shut down my first site?

How do I get rid of my errors for Schema.org?
I put the Schema.org data on my item pages and it works great. However, when an item closes it removes the price. It showed an empty price and that causes an error. The site is now programmed to where if an item closes it removes the price component. This was done about 2 weeks ago and it is still showing a lot of errors. Any ideas?

One website, multiple service points
Hi all Wondering if anyone could offer an opinion on this..am talking to a new client who offer kitchen installation and design. They have a central headquarters and cover a 100 mile radius of their location. A lot of search terms they are aiming to target - Kitchen Design, Kitchen Fitters etc offer localised results. This is where my issue lays. I have worked with plenty of clients in the past which have physical presence in multiple locations and have marked up the site so that the site ranks for each of the stores, but trying to make one site appear in many locations where it doesn't have an address is a different issue completely. Not only do they only have one address, they also only have one phone number. We will target, as best we can, the non localised keywords but need to work out what to do to cover the locations 20/30/40 miles from the office which they cover. I welcome any opinions on this please.

Category Base in Wordpress
I notice that there is a checkbox on the Yoast SEO Plugin for "strip category base". What is the reason to do this? What are the SEO advantages and disadvantages?

Future-proof website to optimize SEO.
Hi All, This is my first post and hopefully a question that could help others in similar positions. Say we are trying to rank for the keyword "security testing tools". Product name is "Sectest" and its a security testing tool. *We currently have an "SEO" section that is purely good content and the idea with this is to be able to rank for "security testing tools" talking about what to expect and look for in such tools and relevant content - Linking to our product page at the end of it. structure is brand.com/security-testing/tools and that would have a link to brank.com/products/sectest Obviously product pages would get their meta tags and content re-written so we don't compete for the same keywords. Is this approach optimal? or would google want us to link directly to the product page instead of "information" about security testing tools? Nobody in our sector is taking this approach and we have already started it, but I am starting to wonder if I am getting into big trouble further down the line. Thanks and best regards,

Multiple Versions of Pages on One Website
Hi! My name is Sarah and I work for a brand design firm in Los Angeles. Currently we're working on a website redesign for our company. We have three pages of content that we want to add to the site, but are unsure if we will get penalized by Google if we add all of them since they may come off as too similar? The pages are: Branding

Personal Branding
Corporate Branding Does anyone know if our SEO will be penalized for having all three of these pages separately, or should we just focus on Branding, and include Personal Branding and Corporate Branding as sub categories on the page? Thanks! Sarah P.S. I should also say, we will have more than just the three aforementioned pages. It's going to be a big site with around 200+ pages. (Half of them being services, which is where the Branding, PB and CB pages will be located.)0
